So here is a ,little Challenge for your Coaching journey as i always say practice makes confident coaches, without the challenge of Charging your clients for your services that adds pressure which can be good sometimes start practicing your Perceptual Positions, how do i do this.
First of All listen you always listen you get to start modelling your client and getting to the root of the problem, but start creating conversations with your friends, colleagues, family, where you gently start getting them to change positions on what's challenging them, this is a sure fire way to start getting results for your clients.
This simple practice of having a conversation and help shift perspective will blow your mind but more importantly do it for yourself, yes do the coaching on your self, do the 3 positions on your challenges and see the difference it makes in your life, and if your reading this and going its not that simple, guess what it is!
