Who this course is for:

- There are a number of physical conditions that can mimic anxiety symptoms. If you are aware that you suffer from any of the following it is advised that you go to your G.P/Medical Practitioner to check whether the anxiety you are experiencing is a result of your condition before purchasing the course. - It is also possible for certain drugs, prescribed or recreational, to produce or exasperate anxiety symptoms. If you have found that you are experiencing heightened anxiety since being prescribed sleeping tablets, anti-depressants or cholesterol lowering drugs then again it is advised to visit your G.P/Medical Practitioner to review the medication before purchasing the course . If you are experiencing heightened anxiety since starting to take recreational drugs such as LSD, Cocaine, Cannabis or Ecstasy then it is advised that you stop taking the substances to see if the anxiety dissipates as a result before purchasing the course and to refrain from taking them for the duration of the course

I'm Dr Sonia Greenidge, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I hold registration with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and am accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
