The 4MAT model is a framework for designing educational experiences, developed by Bernice McCarthy. It's built around four distinct learning styles or preferences, ensuring that the course content appeals to a wide range of learners.
The four components of the 4MAT model are:
Why: This phase focuses on engaging learners by explaining the relevance and importance of the material. It aims to answer why the topic matters and why learners should care about it.
What: This section provides the factual content, theories, and concepts of the subject. It's the informational part of the course where learners understand what they will be learning.
How: In this phase, practical application is emphasized. Learners explore how they can apply what they've learned in real-world scenarios or through practical exercises.
What If/Then What: This final phase encourages learners to adapt and extend their learning. It involves thinking about what if scenarios, or then what consequences, allowing learners to personalize the information and apply it creatively in their own contexts.
This is a both fun and educative exercise.

This is an extract from Adam Leipzig TED Talk, explain how you can find your life purpose in 5minutes by answering 5 questions
Finding life purpose is a deeply personal and individual journey, and there isn't a single method that works for everyone.
The OKR (Objectives and Key Results) method is ideal for personal and professional goal setting because it emphasizes clear, measurable, and achievable objectives.
John Doerr as an Ex Intel Employee worked together w Andy Grove and as an influencer to start OKR in Google, explain OKR in a Ted Talk. I have extracted around 8mins of it to let you understand OKR better.
Here is some expert guidance re how you can set PDP goals via OKRs

Remember that 90% of our Learning and growth comes from real-world experiences and the people around us.
Key messages and highlights include:
•Rethinking Motivation: Pink argues that the traditional carrot-and-stick approach, reward and punishment, is outdated, particularly in the modern work environment, which requires more cognitive skills and creative thinking.
•The Rise of Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose: The core of Pink's argument is that true motivation comes from:
•Autonomy: The desire to be self-directed and have control over our work and environment.
•Mastery: The urge to continually improve at something that matters and is challenging.
•Purpose: The need to work on something that is bigger than oneself, aligning personal goals with a greater good.
•Type I and Type X Behavior:
•Type I Behavior: Motivated by intrinsic desires; focuses on the joy and satisfaction derived from the task itself.
•Type X Behavior: Motivated by extrinsic desires; focuses on the rewards and outcomes of success, like money or fame.
•The Flaws of 'If-Then' Rewards: Pink notes that 'if-then' rewards, if you do this then you get that, can often lead to lower levels of creativity, can extinguish intrinsic motivation, and can lead to unethical behavior.

Good Day Dear My Friend
Throughout history, people have had little need to manage their careers but times changed. Today we should learn how to manage and develop ourselves.
It may seem obvious that people achieve results by doing what they are good at and working in ways that suit their abilities, but according to Drucker, few people know their core strengths, let alone capitalize on them.
This course aims to give participants a comprehensive understanding of discovering their potential, determining who they want to be or what they want to do, and the new habits they can develop to reach their best potential. Practical tools and activities to increase personal knowledge are presented throughout the training.
We must place ourselves where we can make the greatest contribution to our organizations and communities. Throughout our 40-plus years of work, we must remain mentally alert and engaged, which means knowing how and when to change what we do.
With this course, participants become coaches of their own lives and make plans to live a more satisfying, motivating and meaningful life.
This course is the perfect start for those who want to embark on a personal development journey but are short on time. We'll cover the highlights and key concepts, ensuring you leave equipped with the tools to start coaching yourself towards personal and professional success. Think of this as your high-impact, high-energy introduction to becoming the most effective new version of you.
We aim for participants to achieve the following:
• Gain the ability to deeply recognize your personal values, passions and goals and determine a life purpose accordingly.
• Identify your sources of motivation and get ideas on how you can use these motivations to achieve your goals.
• By adopting a growth mindset, you will be more resilient in overcoming the challenges and obstacles you may encounter.
• Become more productive and successful by learning the habits of effective and successful people and adapting these habits to your own life.
