Each session can be experienced as its own individual practice or combined with the others to form a longer and more varied experience.

Yoga for Surrender- a quick, gentle practice to warm up your body and bring relaxation
1x Relaxing guided meditation
1x Blissful and relaxing kirtan mantra practice
1x instruction for calm abiding meditation AND an optional dedication to use after any spiritual practice
Each practice is chosen to help you relax and to playfully allow you to explore these wonderful tools. The sessions also aim to allow you to explore several quite different types of practice, working as taster sessions so that you can see how you feel with each one and go deeper into your study of a particular technique if it is beneficial for you.

I'm a yoga teacher (among other things!) and I am at my happiest sharing what I love with the many amazing people who cross my path.
