Description
I have brought my decades of experience of playing the violin, into this module.
This starter course looks at the specific basics of playing the violin.
Firstly looking at the parts of the violin, I try and made this very casual way because I don't want to put any pressure on your when you pick up what's known as the "hardest instrument in the world". We even talk about whether the violin can really be called the hardest instruments, and how to approach that challenge.
We also take a a look at the essential parts of the violin. After that I look at getting your posture and your placement of holding the instrument correct. Getting to know these basics will help you long term.
The course also looks at understanding the basics of tuning and understanding definitions of what open strings are, playing E A D G and starting off with a basic look at the song Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. This is based on the method that I learned the violin years ago.
Hope you enjoy this class and it gets you started on your journey as a violinist welcome to this crash course to start you off learning the violin.
