I am a hospitality professional with two decades of industry experience with multiple international brands. My courses are simple to understand and uncomplicated to ensure higher levels of understanding.
I have dabbled in multiple disciplines in the hotel industry with in depth experiences in departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage Service, Online Distribution and Revenue Management.
As a Revenue Management professional I was in-charge of a cluster of six, 5-star hotels and a large capacity Convention Center which hosted events for over 10,000 people.
In my 20 years in the hotel industry I have held over 25 roles with four companies - Accor, Marriott, FRHI and eRevMax. I have been a General Manager of multiple hotels ranging from economy segment to Luxury 5-Star.
It has always been my endeavor to share my experiences and I hope my courses will add value to you professionally and personally.
