Description
Monitoring and evaluation is a very important component of the project cycle. It is so important because every organization needs to be able to report on their project implementation and continuously learn from their mistakes in order to improve performance. For monitoring and evaluation to be successfully implemented, there is urgent need for all staff and stakeholders to fully understand what is really involved in project implementation.
This course is meant to provide the basic understanding of what monitoring and evaluation really is. It will give you enough basic understanding on what goes into monitoring and evaluation and why it is important to conduct.
