In this course we will discuss about what is Dynamics 365, How it is transformed to current state.

01. Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 Journey: In this lecture we will learn about how Dynamics CRM entered into the CRM Market and how subsequently it transformed to Dynamics 365 with addition of extra features.

02. Basic Information on Dynamics 365: In this lecture we will discuss about what is CRM ? Core processes of CRM (Sales,Service & Marketing) and what are the offerings from Dynamics 365 along with these core CRM features.

03. Dynamics 365 Environment Creation: In this lecture we will learn how to create environments to address CRM core processes.

04. Different App Creation including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power VA: In this lecture we will learn how to create different apps including how to register in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent.
