Through this course, I will be walking you through the process of making a versatile and multi-purpose Brioche Dough and then I will be demoing three amazing ways of using this Brioche Dough. Through this course, I aim to break down every recipe into small, easy and manageable steps so that people of all skill levels can follow.

In this lecture, I will walk you through the process of preparing the brioche dough.
To have the best learning experience, I would recommend reading through the recipe to get a proper understanding of the process.
Now that the brioche dough is ready to be used. Here is a simple and basic recipe to make using it. These hamburger buns are simple yet amazing. Perfect to make burgers, french toast or even a bread pudding.
Moving on to a slightly more elevated, rustic and classic recipe: Sweet Monkey bread with Banana, Chocolate and Salted Caramel.
This is a bonus recipe of a foolproof Salted Caramel being used in the Sweet Monkey Bread. Though this Salted Caramel recipe can be used anywhere you like from pancakes to waffles to even cakes.
In this lecture, I'll walk you through this savoury monkey bread recipe with butter, garlic and herbs.
