Description

Learn trigonometry using an intuitive graphical approach. Everything you learn here will start off with simple graphical simulations which you can watch and can then download and play with by yourself. This will help start off your learning in a fun and intuitive way.

We cover all of the basics of trigonometry throughout this course. Note that the course content is being contimually refined and added to in order to cover as wide  a range of the subject as possible.

Have a look at some of the videos. I have taken my time to present as much of the course as possible using graphical simulations. I have also worked through many examples by hand in order to get you started with the practical use of trigonometry.

If you are struggling with mathematics and the word trigonometry fills you with dread or if you are new to mathematics and want to understand what trigonometry is all about then this course will offer a great starting point. I aim first and foremost to provide understanding. If you understand then there is no need for memorisation and trigonometry will become simple and fun.

By the end of this course you should have a thorough grounding in trigonometry and you should have an excellant intuition for the subject which will make the application of the subject to practical problem solving examples much easier.
