This course aims to help individuals who seeks to learn the basics of personal protection and self-defense tactics that they can implement in their homes and for their personal safety.
The course is tailored for total beginners and include information that will be useful for self-defense instructors or aspiring self-defense instructors. One of my goal for this course is to help provide instructors information that they can include and use for their student orientations, especially with topics related to self-defense. This hopes to engage students with some of the reality when getting into an altercation outside on the street.
This hopes to help students understand some of the different possible scenarios that could happen during actual self-defense situations and help them formulate a practical survival strategy on the streets, their homes, public establishments or in different forms of possible threats that they may face, that will involve the need for survival.
