With the age of 6 my aunt went fishing with me for the first time in my life. It was a sunny and clear summer 2006 in Bavaria, southern Germany and my first fish ever caught was a brown trout. I remember the day as it was yesterday.
Hey Guys! My name is Josef and I am your Guide to teach you how to catch your first own fish. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic many people looked for a new thrilling free time activity to get the head clear after 8 hours of home office. This course is to give you the basic knowledge of fishing and show you everything you need to know, to be successful at the water.
What qualifies me to Guide you through the multifaceted world of fishing?
By this time I am fishing for 16 years now and I can tell you that I got a lot of experience from the diverse methods of catching fish. My knowledge goes from modern spin fishing, to dead baiting, fly fishing, castnet fishing and Offshore fishing. I also worked as a fishing guide in Sweden for about 6 months, where I guided tourists from all over the world in the waters of Sweden. During this time in 2019, I learned much about how to teach people in an efficient way how to catch a fish and especially how they can start this free time activity by themselves. With my own cabin, dock and boat in a lonely forest I was out at the water in Sweden all day long, gaining massive experience and understood how the fish thinks and which are the best methods to catch them. Before I went to Sweden, I helped friends of mine building a German based fishing brand and YouTube Channel. The E-Commerce Fishing Shop was the addition to our entertaining Fishing YouTube Channel, where you could've seen me in series like "Brosef vs. Goliath" or regular episodes, where we travelled through Germany always on the hunt for the next trophy fish.
