This course is provided by an international first aid instructor certified with French and international first aid certificates. With more than 6 years of experience working as a lifeguard, first aider, and first aid coordinator, he has a lot of experience and tips to share with you.

The Training

This first aid training is for people who have never heard about first aid or just want a refresher to know how to react and save a life in an emergency situation.

You will learn in an intuitive way about the following topics :

• Protection : Be able to detect danger and know how to react to it.

• Alert : Learn the different emergency phone numbers and know who to call when!

• Wounds Treatment : Recognise the difference between serious wounds and simple wounds.

• Major Blood Loss : Know how to react in case of major blood loss.

• Loss of Consciousness : Learn the easiest way to detect someone who is unconscious and know how to put them in the recovery position.

• Cardiac Arrest : Learn CPR on adults, children, and infants as well as using an AED (defibrillator).
