Barre fitness incorporates traditional ballet movements with strengthening and stretching exercises. It’s high intensity but low impact, resulting in a fantastic resistance and cardiovascular workout that tone your body and boosts your metabolism. But don`t worry I always show different variations for each practice.
This is 20 days barre challenge where you will experience 20 different practices. 20 minutes a day is a great recipe for best results. And everybody can take 20 minutes a day.
