[Opening]
Hi, my name is Aimee—and I want to welcome you to Banishing Bullies: A Mind-Body-Spirit Guide to Protection & Empowerment.
This course is more than just information—it’s meant to be a fortress of light and knowledge, built from my own lived experience as a survivor of bullying, harassment, and spiritual (or energetic) interference.
[Why This Course Exists]
I’ve faced bullies in nearly every area of life—family, school, work, relationships, and even spiritually. And I know how overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting it can feel.
That’s why I created this course: to offer you a life-raft—a way to rise from the chaos and reclaim your safety, confidence, and peace of mind.
[What You’ll Learn]
We’ll explore:
The psychology behind bullying and why it happens
How to protect yourself physically, emotionally, legally, digitally & spiritually
How to recognize manipulation, gaslighting & narcissism
And how to reclaim your energy and power—spiritually and practically
You’ll also receive printable tools, calming practices, and real-world resources to help you feel supported every step of the way.
[A Note on Safety]
This course discusses real experiences with bullying, abuse, and harassment. Please take breaks as needed and know that you are not alone. This is a safe space.
[Closing – Empowering Tone]
Whether you’re here for yourself, your child, or someone you love—thank you for showing up. You’re not just surviving—you’re sovereign. And I’m honored to walk this path with you.
Let’s begin. Feel free to take a few deep, grounding breaths.
Banishing Bullies: Why This Course Exists
My story is unique—and more extreme than most. I’ve faced bullies in nearly every area of life:
Family members (adolescents and adults) who treated me more like Cinderella than part of the family, abusive sibling rivalry (scapegoating/blaming, unhealthy competition, theft, etc.)
School and neighborhood peers (pushy, manipulative, or aggressive)
Workplaces (catty coworkers, bitter bosses, and toxic leadership)
Romantic relationships (emotional & physical abuse, control, manipulation, and in extreme cases, threatening physical harm)
And finally, the broader societal and spiritual forces that often go unspoken (from intimidation, harassment, censorship of free speech, & gaslighting to secret societies, dark covens and even cults)
This course is meant to act as a life-raft for anyone navigating bullying, harassment, or abuse—whether emotional, physical, digital, or spiritual.
You’ll learn:
Why bullying happens (the psychology and patterns behind it)
How to protect yourself—mentally, physically, emotionally, legally, and spiritually
Real-world tools, printable resources, and empowering rituals to help you feel safe, seen, and strong again
Who this course is for:
Teens, adults, parents, survivors; {and this is also for our pets, who often suffer silently in the background}
Anyone ready to reclaim their peace, power, and personal sovereignty
The truth is that bullies will always exist. But with the right tools, you can:
Repel their tactics
Cancel their attacks
Confront & de-escalate situations
Take legal action when needed
And most importantly—heal the trauma and help others do the same
Understanding Bullying
Why It Happens, How It Hurts, and What You Can Do
Types of Bullying
1. Emotional Bullying
Verbal abuse, name-calling, shaming
Social exclusion or isolation
Manipulation, deceit, and guilt-tripping
Gaslighting and emotional invalidation
Cyberbullying (via texts, posts, comments, or cyberstalking)
2. Mental Bullying
Constant criticism or blame, scapegoating
Threats of abandonment or punishment
Psychological intimidation
Undermining your sense of reality or worth
3. Physical Bullying
Hitting, kicking, pinching, tripping, spitting, hair pulling
Stealing or destroying belongings
Physical intimidation or threats of violence
4. Digital Bullying
Harassment, trolling, doxing, stalking
Use of AI or deepfakes to impersonate, shame or catfish others
Bullying on gaming platforms, messaging apps, or social media *Note: Exposing someone who poses a genuine threat to the safety of others, is not bullying.
5. Spiritual Bullying
Intimidation, judgment, or condemnation based on beliefs
Weaponizing religion or spiritual doctrine
Energetic attacks: curses, hexes, psychic/energetic manipulation
Involvement of dark rituals, cults, or spiritual coercion
Why Bullies Target Others
Sibling rivalry or unresolved family trauma passed down for generations
Jealousy, envy, or competition (especially in school or work)
Projection of their own pain or insecurity; attention-seeking
Learned behavior from abusive environments (which can be unlearned, and the cycle can be broken)
A desire for control, power, or domination
> “Hurt people hurt people. That’s how pain patterns get passed on, generation after generation. Break the chain today. Meet anger with sympathy, contempt with compassion, cruelty with kindness.”
> “Thieves don’t rob empty houses. They wouldn’t be attacking you if something very valuable wasn’t inside of you.”
> "When you are born into a world you don't fit in, it's because you were born to create a new one."
The Hidden Costs of Bullying
Bullying doesn’t just hurt in the moment—it leaves lasting scars. Some of the most common effects include:
Mental & emotional health issues (anxiety, depression, PTSD & C-PTSD (from chronic, repetitive trauma)
Physical symptoms (fatigue, illness, chronic stress)
Financial strain (legal fees, job loss, medical bills)
Energetic depletion (feeling drained, disconnected, or unsafe)
Family rifts and custody battles when children are involved
Some tormented souls even make life-threatening & sometimes permanent decisions or choices due to the temporary bullying/harassment they're experiencing – this is never the answer. You are loved, you are not alone and, as one of my professors once said, "there are no 'extra' people" (meaning we were all created for a divine purpose). {K.C. Miller, Founder of Southwest Institute of Healing Arts}
Reflection
> “Where have you experienced bullying in your life?
> What type was it?
> How did it affect you—and what part of you is still healing?”
Module 3: Physical & Emotional Defense
Standing Strong: Physical & Emotional Self-Defense
“True protection begins with awareness, self-confidence, and the courage to stand in your truth.”
This section offers practical tools for defending your body, mind, and spirit—whether you’re facing bullying, manipulation, or unsafe environments. It’s not about living in fear—it’s about walking in sovereignty.
Self-Defense Basics
Be aware of your surroundings, having keys {panic button/key fob} & phone ready to dial 911 if necessary
Opting for well-lit areas whenever possible; carry flashlight, mace, taser or other within legal regulations
Safety in numbers, ask security to accompany you to your vehicle or for other assistance
Never leave drinks or food unattended
Seek legal assistance when necessary, such as filing a police report, order of protection/restraining order, or address confidentiality
RadKids & Martial Arts: Programs like RadKids teach children how to recognize danger, set boundaries, and physically defend themselves if necessary. Martial arts—such as karate, jiu-jitsu, or kung fu—build not only physical strength but also discipline, focus, and self-respect. QiGong & Yoga are also practices proven to build physical strength & balance, self-esteem and help to calm & focus the mind.
Home Security & Fortification:
Install motion lights, cameras, or doorbell monitors
Reinforce doors and windows with locks or security bars
Create a “safe room” or exit plan if needed
Use protective symbols or spiritual wards at entry points for added energetic shielding
Having pets around may also add to overall safety, as their senses are more acute
Confidence-Building Practices
Shaolin-Inspired Mindset: The Shaolin monks teach that true strength comes from within. Practices like breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement help build inner resilience and calm under pressure. Check out Shi Heng Yi's book recently translated into English!
Know Your Strengths: Tools like the Clifton Strengths Finder or journaling prompts can help you identify your natural gifts. When you know what makes you powerful, it’s harder for others to shake your foundation.
Understanding the Bully’s Wound: Many bullies act from unhealed pain, insecurity, or a need for control. This doesn’t excuse their behavior—but it can help you depersonalize it. Their cruelty is not a reflection of your worth.
Recognizing Manipulation & Gaslighting
Sibling Rivalry vs. Emotional Abuse: Not all sibling conflict is harmless. If a sibling constantly undermines, controls, or scapegoats you, it may be emotional abuse. Trust your instincts. *It is important for parents to pay attention to red flags, get appropriate evaluations done, and protect the other children when dealing with a diagnosis of sociopathy, psychopathy or any other severe mental health or personality disorder.
Narcissism & Sociopathy: These patterns often involve:
Gaslighting (making you doubt your reality)
Love-bombing followed by devaluation/disrespect
Blame-shifting and emotional withdrawal/isolation
Co-dependency, manipulation
Controlling, possessive, obsessive,
A lack of empathy or accountability; some even enjoy watching others suffer
Red Flags to Watch For:
You feel confused or drained after interactions
You’re constantly apologizing or second-guessing yourself
Your boundaries are ignored or mocked
What to Do:
Document interactions if needed
Set firm, clear boundaries; no-contact or permanent separation from abuser is necessary in severe cases
Seek support from a therapist or advocate
Use grounding, breathing & meditative practices to stay connected to your truth
Printable “Self-Defense & Confidence Toolkit” will include:
A red flag checklist
A “Know Your Strengths” journaling page
A grounding breathwork guide
A mantra for standing strong
Let’s make sure everyone walks away from this course feeling empowered, aware, and unshakably sovereign.

Module 5: Spiritual Protection
“You are not powerless. You are not alone. Your energy is sacred—and it is yours to protect.”
This module offers a foundational introduction to spiritual protection for those who are just beginning to recognize the unseen forces that can influence our lives. While a more in-depth course and book are in development, this section provides essential tools and printables to help you begin reclaiming your energetic sovereignty. For those who are skeptical, I encourage you to research Dr. Emoto's work, Manly P. Hall Society or C. S. Lewis lectures. There are also things like static electricity, cymatics & opera singers breaking glass, that prove unseen forces are at work here. More on all of that in the extended {spiritual protection} course coming soon!
✨ Daily Affirmations & Prayers of Protection
Spiritual protection begins with intention. Speaking affirmations and prayers daily helps fortify your energy field and align you with divine support.
Examples:
“I am divinely protected in mind, body, and spirit.”
“No weapon formed against me shall prosper.”
“I walk in light. I walk in truth. I walk in power.”
“My energy is sovereign. My spirit is shielded.”
The Lord's Prayer (Our Father), Psalm 23, Prayer of Serenity
You’ll find printable affirmation cards and a Prayer Sheet at the end of this module to support your daily practice.
Energy-Clearing Basics
Smudging: Use sacred herbs like:
Frankincense – for divine connection and purification
Palo Santo – for grounding and uplifting
White Sage – for deep cleansing (use respectfully and sustainably)
Cedar or Sweetgrass – for protection and blessing
Salt Rituals:
Epsom or sea salt baths – cleanse the aura and soothe the nervous system
Pink Himalayan salt – grounding and mineral-rich
Salt bowls or glasses of salt water – placed near doors or windows to absorb negativity
Visualization & Guided Meditations:
Envision a golden or white light or bubble of protection surrounding your body
Use guided meditations like the “Light Visualization” or “Waterfall Purification” scripts to clear and restore your energy
You’ll find a list of recommended meditations and printable ritual instructions in the course materials.
Energetic Boundaries & Sacred Tools
Energetic boundaries are subtle but powerful. They help you define where you end and others begin—spiritually, emotionally, and energetically.
Tools to Support Your Boundaries:
✝️Crosses, medals, or talismans – symbols of faith and protection
Prayer candles – set with intention and lit during rituals
Head coverings – used in many traditions to shield the crown chakra
Dream catchers – to filter spiritual interference during sleep
Salt lines or bowls – placed at thresholds to block unwanted energy
⚠️A Note on Darker Forces
If you suspect you are dealing with spiritual harassment, energetic manipulation, or targeted interference from:
Secret societies
Dark covens
Religious cults
Energetic or psychic attacks
…it is critical to seek deeper spiritual protection. This module offers a starting point, but for more advanced tools, rituals, and discernment practices, please refer to the upcoming Spiritual Protection Course.

Module 6: Reclaiming Your Power
“Your energy is yours. Your voice is yours. Your life is yours. Let’s call it all back.”
This module is about integration—gathering the tools, insights, and strength you’ve cultivated throughout this journey and stepping fully into your sovereignty. Whether you’ve been targeted, manipulated, or simply worn down by life’s storms, this is your invitation to return to yourself.
Visualization: Calling Your Energy Back
When we experience trauma, bullying, or energetic interference, parts of our energy can become scattered or entangled in people, places, or past events. This simple yet powerful visualization helps you reclaim your wholeness.
Steps:
Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Visualize a golden light surrounding your body like a protective cocoon.
Say aloud or silently: > “I now call back all of my energy—across all time, space, dimensions, and realities. I am whole. I am sovereign. I am safe.”
Imagine fragments of light returning to you, gently reintegrating into your body.
End with gratitude and grounding.
Try a guided meditation or explore deeper practices from Tamed Wild and Heritage Apothecary.
Creating a Personal Protection Plan
Your protection plan is your roadmap to safety and stability. It prioritizes your needs in layers:
Physical Safety
Secure your environment (locks, cameras, safe contacts)
Know your exits and emergency contacts
Pack a go-bag if needed
Legal & Digital Safety
Freeze credit, report fraud, monitor identity; involve law enforcement when needed
Use secure email (ProtonMail), VPNs, antivirus, identity theft monitoring service
Document harassment or impersonation and anything unusual (keep a journal with dates, times, names)
Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Safety
Practice grounding, breathwork, and energy clearing
Set boundaries with toxic people or environments
Use affirmations and rituals to reinforce sovereignty
A printable “My Protection Plan” worksheet is included in your toolkit.
Building a Support System
You don’t have to do this alone. A strong support system can include:
Family & Friends – those who uplift and believe you
Faith Communities – churches, temples, or spiritual circles
Support Groups – online or local (trauma, bullying, survivors)
Neighborhood Watch or Online Safety Networks – like National Neighborhood Watch
Shared Interest Groups – hobby clubs, meditation circles, or healing communities
Tip: If you don’t have a support system yet, start with one safe person or group. You can also explore CaringBridge’s guide for building meaningful connections. Stay aware of scammers.

This is not the end of the journey, and I don’t pretend to have all the answers. Your feedback, insights, and stories are welcome here, because this space is meant to grow with you.
I’ll leave you with a collection of Words of Power—quotes and affirmations that have lit the way for me and countless others. You’ll find a printable version included, in case you’d like to hang them in your space as daily reminders of your strength, your truth, and your right to heal.
May this work be a spark. May your healing be a flame. And may your voice rise like a song that cannot be silenced.
Words of Power-A Collection of Truths to Remember
Let these voices remind you: you are not alone, and you are not powerless.
“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.”
“Your silence will not protect you.” -Audre Lorde
“Powerful people cannot afford to educate the people that they oppress, because once you are truly educated, you will not ask for power. You will take it.” ~John Henrik Clarke
Maya Angelou
> "Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that’s wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise."
> “The caged bird sings with a fearful trill > of things unknown but longed for still > and his tune is heard on the distant hill > for the caged bird sings of freedom.” > — Maya Angelou, Caged Bird
> “When I dare to be powerful— to use my strength in the service of my vision— then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.”
> “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
{bell hooks}
> “The moment we choose to love we begin to move toward freedom, to act in ways that liberate ourselves and others.”
> “Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others.”
> “To love well is the task in all meaningful relationships, not just romantic bonds.”
~May these words be your shield when the world forgets your worth. You are loved, and you are worthy.
Releasing Anger - Healthy Ways to Let Go of Anger
“Anger is energy. When released with intention, it becomes fuel for healing. Forgiveness is more for you than the other person; as long as you hold anger, they still have some control – process it, release it & heal for true freedom.”
For Children (and the Inner Child)
These activities are playful, safe, and symbolic—perfect for helping kids (and adults!) release big emotions without shame.
Water Balloon Release Write or speak what you’re angry about into a balloon. Fill it with water and throw it (at a safe target) with the intention of letting it go.
Pillow Pounding or Safe Punching Bag Let them hit a pillow or soft surface while naming the emotion: “I’m mad because…” Follow with deep breaths and a grounding hug.
Movement Breaks Dance, run, jump, or shake it out! Movement helps emotions move through the body.
Anger Art Use red, black, or bold colors to scribble, paint, or draw the feeling. Then create a “peace picture” afterward.
For All Ages: Mindful Expression
These practices help transmute anger into clarity, creativity, and calm.
Breathwork Try the “4-7-8” method or lion’s breath to release tension. Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.
Creative Alchemy Write a letter you’ll never send. Paint your rage. Sculpt your sorrow. Let the emotion move through your hands. DIY calming jars
Visualization Imagine your anger as a storm cloud. Watch it dissolve into light. Or visualize placing it in a box and handing it to the earth.
Candle Ritual Light a candle and say: “I release what no longer serves me. I honor my anger, and I let it go.”
Journaling Prompts
