Most of us became influenced with their mindset because our mindset was a weaker one and we Stopped Dreaming!
Most of us believed that what are Dreaming of is so Big to be possible. This is all about the Mindset and not a reality. So in this Step what you need to start doing is start Dreaming.
If you don’t have dreams for what will you work. To be successful in this industry you need to reawaken your dreams.
Bigger the Dreams - Bigger the Actions!
What do you think a Dream is? What is the definition of a Dream? According to me a Dream is something that looks impossible in the present. The important word here is “Looks”.
Let’s say you have taken a dream that you want to be a Billionaire. It could be that according to your current situation this looks like impossible! But looking like impossible and being impossible are 2 different things.
Let me tell you about some real people who carried out with their impossible dreams and made them a reality.
Do you know about Wright Brothers, 2 crazy brothers who saw a dream that a big solid iron bus will fly in the sky and people will sit into it and fly. They took a dream which looked impossible but it was not impossible and therefore we sit in their dream when we travel, in that solid iron bus which actually flies.
Their Dream was Big enough that they changed the World! How Big is Your Dream?
Today we are talking about them because their Dream was so Big. People used to call them insane, they could be insane for people but they knew what they were doing. Similarly if you are Dreaming Big today people may feel that you are insane, but does it matter? Remember that if people call you Insane, You are going the right direction.
Let me introduce you with another such Insane Person called Nawazuddin Siddiqui. This man is a living motivation who was born in a very small village in Uttar Pradesh, India, who took a dream to be a Superstar in Bollywood! Neither that man was handsome enough to compete with other good looking actors nor he had a model’s physique but what he had was a Dream!
In 1996 this man left for the Bollywood following his dreams. He lived there in one small flat which he shared with 4 other people. One day he didn’t have money to pay the rent of the flat and he was thrown out, so he called one of his friend, if he could stay in his home, the friend agreed but on a condition if he would cook meals for him!, he agreed to that condition because he wanted to live in Bollywood, he wanted to fulfil his dreams so did everything it took. He used to do all the minor tasks to be there and earn enough to feed his hunger but he used to be happy to see the Big Actors. When he saw some actor going from their car, he used to smile and imagine one day I will also be a Superstar.
It took 14 years for him to make his Dream a Reality, yes 14 years. Here 14 years may look like a number but if you see how impatient people become when they work just for 3 months in network marketing say, “Things are just not working”, they get some rejections and quit on their dreams.
Most of us are not courageous enough that they fulfil everything they have thought of!
The Dream you have today may look impossible but believe you me, that is not impossible. They are just few factors away that you will learn further in this course.
So the first step you need to take is you need to pen down your dreams.
Divide your Dreams into 3 categories:
Short Term Dreams - What do you want to accomplish within 6 months?
Mid Term Dreams - What do you want to accomplish within 1-3 years?
Long Term Dreams - What do you want to accomplish in next 5 years?
Now you need to write 3 types of dreams in each section,
Your Financial Dreams - How much money you want to have?
Your Materialistic Dreams - What are the things you want to have?
Your Personal Dreams - How do you want look as a person? What skills you want to develop? What you want to do for others as a person?
Important Note : Be Specific!
If you go to an ice cream parlour and if you just say, I want an ice cream!, they will ask you which flavour you want?, then they will further ask you which size you want? but this Universe may not ask you and stop processing the desired ice cream for you unless you be specific and tell in detail whatever you want.
If your dream is to buy a car write down, which car, which model, which colour, how the interiors should be.. everything you can possibly write.
Now, if the dreams that you are putting on paper are not big enough that they inspire you, then they are not the real Dreams, it can be that you are Dreaming in a Fear!
Dreams should be like that they look impossible in the present. In 6 months this income can’t be produced.
Don’t try to be realistic here, because everyone’s reality is different! I feel like earning 1 crore a day is easy, you may think is difficult or impossible. Let’s say you know swimming but I don’t so for me it is difficult but no for you. You see, everyone has a different mindset, different reality field.
What you are writing may be something very Big or impossible for someone else but not for you.
If People are not calling you crazy looking at your Dreams, then you are not going in the right direction.
Write the Bigger Dreams, the Biggest Dreams Possible.
The Higher you can Dream, start Dreaming because when you will work in this industry, you are not here do to what everyone else does, you are here to do what everyone doesn’t!
You are here to be 0.1% people who create an ultimate lifestyle, so dreams should be Big enough so that they can regularly inspire you.
Now if you successfully written your dream that you feel will consistently inspire you through your journey of being a Multi Millionaire or more in this industry, you need to do the most important job & that is to make a DREAM BOARD!
The dreams you have noted today, you print their pictures and on a Pin Board in Your Home pin those pictures and write them a date in the end of the picture, when you want it to become a reality. Place that Pin Board at a place so that you can watch that board at least 5 times a day!
Further more click a photograph of your dream board and make it wallpaper in your mobile phone and computer, so the images goes in your subconscious mind!
This what I exactly did, I put an image of a house as a wallpaper of my laptop and mobile phone and I saw it every day till it became a reality, I live in a similar home which I dreamed of, one that would have a swimming pool, a home big enough that I could play cricket with my friends!
In the end, I would like to give you a Magical Exercise, that what I call “Meet Your Dreams” whatever materialistic dreams you have dreamed of, go any visit them in showrooms, the car you want to buy, go and see that in showroom, if possible take a test drive, Imagine you have purchased that, the watch you want, just go and try in the showroom, how good it looks on you, I promise you, you note the day you go for “Meet Your Dreams” exercise and if you will implement what I am gonna share further in this course in maximum 5 years you will be living in your Dream home, driving your dream car under your butt!
If you have your Dreams close to your heart so this whole Universe will be on the job to make you meet your dreams.
Set your Dreams so High that when you meet someone you transfer that energy which you feel and the person to get charged up. People start Dreaming the life they can when they get in touch with you. Become that Transformer of Energy!
Most people become inspired listening to the seemingly impossible dreams of others for them! How will you inspire people if you won’t take such dreams. If a man wants to change the World, how should be the Dreams of that Person.
When you want to build a team of 50,000 people or 5,00,000 people, which type of current should run in your body.
Start visualising your Dreams now, Start Living Your Dreams Now!
Look your Dream Board every day at least 5 times!
And come what may never quit on your dreams.

Start Dreaming!
Now you have already started dreaming. The dreams you have taken now, requires money. So let us examine what all ways you have to earn money and which one you should ideally follow.
The first way is to find a job. You work for someone else to earn money, but it has got a limitation. Your income is dependent on the number of hours your work and most of the times your income is only performance dependent. Apart from all this, the biggest catch is you need to have certain skills and education qualification to get the so called good job.
The second way is to be a Self employed. If you have certain skills, it is not required to work for someone else rather you can offer services being a professional or freelancer. But again, the catch is “Trading Time with Money.” However skilled a Doctor can be but he can perform a limited number of operations a day. If, let us assume 1000 people wants to get operated in a day, the doctor can be helpless but not if he develops to be in the third category.
The third way of making money is to be a Business Man. A Doctor who knows he cannot perform 1000 operations a day employs some doctors to work with him and perform the operations by setting up a Hospital. He applies the power of leverage at work and performs the task which “seemed impossible”. Here he builds up a network .
The fourth way is to be an Investor, leveraging the money to make money. For example, if the doctor comes to you that he has 1000 people lined up who wants to get operated and I need “X” amount of money to start the Hospital & I will give you the “Y” % of the revenue, you become an investor. But, to be an investor, you have to have money.
The 90% of the population today lies in the JOB & Self-employed Category but unfortunately they just have 10% of the money in the world.
The rest 10% of the populations is of Business men and Investors with 90% of the Wealth in the World.
There is an old saying,”If you want to be Rich, do what Rich People Do!”
In order to fulfill your dreams you need to be Rich and here you can clearly see Rich people are either business people or investors.
Now you need to choose, which way you want to adopt to make money to fulfill your dreams?
Now in fact, most businesses require initial investments or out of the box idea, and question is from where will you bring that? Moreover, it will take time and you need to develop or have an expertise to perform the business.
Now ask yourself a question, does Network Marketing Opportunity gives you the same benefits a Businessman enjoys?

See, you can be highly skilled but it is better to take 1% of 100 people instead of giving your 100%. If you will give your 100% you will be drained out but if you will take 1% of 100 people you will have a lot of time and freedom to live your life.
You need to choose what do you want, whether you want Freedom or work throughout your life?
When you are in Network Marketing you have already started the Business of 21st century, there is nothing better than this, have this psychology, you getting the option of time leverage, you are getting the power of multiplication, people will multiply, sales will multiply and your income will multiply.

This is how rephrasing the sentences can change the outcome of a conversation....
We human beings are most intelligent in animal kingdom. Human beings have free will to act, they can think anything, they can take their decisions, they can do anything...... Yes, they have free will, but most of the time they are reacting rather than responding.
There are two types brain active in human beings, conscious mind and subconscious mind. Almost all the decisions are taken by their subconscious mind triggered by a reaction. As you would know Newton's third law "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction".
So, people just react to whatever happens with them. DON'T REACT....RESPOND!!
Reaction will be triggered by what you SAY AND DO. Be conscious, you are to respond, NOT to react.
In MLM, your words are keys, which open different doors in the mind of your prospect.
Remember! There are no good or bad prospects. They react on the basis of what you say or do....YOUR WORDS ARE KEYS!!
There are two types of people in network marketing . The people whom we know are called warm market and the people whom we don't know are called cold market. In this lesson, we will learn how to capture people in warm market, also known as warm market prospecting....
Who All You Know List: List of all the people whom you know... What you need to do to make a "who all you know list" is as follows:
Don't prejudge: Don't judge people in advance whether he/she would be part of our business or not. Just make a list of all the people without judgement. Remember!! people whomever you will note down in your list will either be your distributor/customer or be a medium. So, write all the names. Use memory jogger attached here....
Rank from 1 to 5: Rank all the people who are in your list from 1 to 5, with 1 being least preferred/least potential prospect and 5 being highly preferred and most deserving/most potential prospect.
Sort your list: You are to make a list again on the basis of your ranking in the previous step. Make a list of people who have been ranked 5 first, then list of people ranked 4 and thereon......ranked 3, ranked 2 and at the end ranked 1.
Prime focused list: List with ranked 5 people will be your prime focused list because these people are open to opportunities.
There is a saying in network marketing, "the people who have lists in their hands and dreams in their eyes can do anything"
Whatever actions you will take, they will produce some results, more actions lead to more chances to produce results. Network marketing is a number game. Here, law of average comes into play. We will learn how!!!
It has been understood that in network marketing, you have to touch more people, more people means more presentations, more presentations mean more conversions and more conversions means BIGGER Business!! Bang on!!
It is a fact, people will reject you time and again, but you don’t have to give up. In this process, eventually you will get some numbers….. and numbers produce an average.

When people start doing network marketing, most of them while inviting try to show who they are originally not & the other person who could be a friend when listens to the changed tone or use of professional words suspects that there can be something wrong as he/she expects you to be normal, the same old friend you used to be & perhaps it is true with strangers, when you try to show who you are not you fumble, and can’t be confident enough. Can we invite people whom we don’t know? The answer is YES. How we can do it we will learn in this lesson. As we have already learnt some cold market prospecting skills earlier, we will use the continued approach to invite them as well. Steps are as follows:
Opener: As we have learnt in prospecting, we are to open the talk with correct words so that the person in front either gives a positive answer or feels appreciated. Then, you can frame the sentence in such a way that lead to question How? (Fact, fact…some information)
How: Means I am interested…tell me more about it.

We prospected people, we invited people, and now it is time to tell what our business is all about, for which we have to learn some presentation skills. In this lesson, we will learn two types of presentations.
2-Minute presentation:
1. Use openers: We have deeply learnt openers in prospecting and now you know it. Let’s say you used opener and the person in front asked how that means he/she is asking for presentation. Now, as you have learnt, you can invite him/her or you can give a presentation there itself in just 2 minutes. What you will do here is that you can ask the person in front that “it will take just 2 minutes for me to give you a presentation, do you have 2 minutes now or we can meet later” Definitely, person will say now. Here, you got "how and now" that means the person is asking for presentation immediately. Now, depending on your opener, you can ask how much money that person needs just to be specific and giving presentation around that.

PRESENTATION SKILLS 25 MINUTE
It is not just about presenting the plan, instead it is about the art of presenting the plan. Anybody can present the plan, but MLM leaders develop a special way, an art to make people join after the presentation.
In this lesson, we have described a 3-step formula to give a comprehensive and yet powerful presentation within 25 minutes.
1. You need to identify three things before you actually start the presentation.

These three things are mandatory to be identified before you actually show the solution with your presentation.
2. You need to drag your prospect from his need, want and don’t want to the question that how much money will it take to solve his need, want and don’t want. You can start with a very powerful question and that is “how would that be?”
3. The final step is showing the solution to their problem with a customized plan keeping in mind that their need, want or don’t gets solved with your plan.

HOW TO IDENTIFY NEED, WANT AND DON’T WANT
During the presentation, it is a crucial step to understand the need, want and don’t want of the prospect, without which you cannot give them the exact solution they are looking for. In this lesson, you will learn about a 3-step formula to identify need, want and don’t want.
Step 1: Ask your prospect a very simple question that is at this point of time what is most important for you?
Step 2: Ask him why? and also use proactive words to make him speak more.
Step 3: This will be a very emotional question but it will open up your prospect, that is “what if it does not happen?” Remember to use proactive questions during the presentation, for example, like, then, after that, can you explain more about, etc.
This will give you a clear cut advantage over everybody else as you will get to know where to hammer.
POINTS TO REMEMBER DURING PRESENTATION
How to end the presentation is more important than how to start the presentation. So, the final question should be ”what do you think?” If that does not suffice, you can ask “do you see anything you cannot do?”.

FEAR OF LOSS
The ultimate goal you want to accomplish after this course is to make your prospect your distributor and for that you need to understand the concept called fear of loss. Human beings get motivated when they see either a big gain or a fear of loss. In your presentation, you for sure show the big gains but still your prospect does not join and it is because you failed to show them the fear of loss. In your presentation, you should show fear of loss by showing:
Current loss to your prospect.
Lifetime loss to your prospect.
Company offer expiring soon.
Personal offer for limited period of time.
When you show fear of loss with your offering, you increase your chances of success.
FOLLOW-UP
There is a saying in network marketing industry that the fortune is in the followup. After your presentation, you need to follow up your prospect at least 4-5 times because it’s a human tendency that the people don’t make decisions immediately. They want a couple of exposures. Now, the best form of exposure and the follow up are the events organized either by your company or by yourself. Finally, I say ultimately you are going to help your prospect if you make them join. So, follow up till your prospect does not call the cops!!
FOLLOWUP WITH WHATSAPP
So, today we will learn a very special technique of followup and that is follow up with whatsapp. Now a days, everybody uses whatsapp. So, the question is how you can actually follow up with whatsapp:
Broadcast lists: Make broadcast list as instructed in the video and regularly send motivational and inspiring messages. Don’t spam with your company plan and products.
Status: Whatsapp gives a very special feature of putting status that you can update daily with pictures and videos of your lifestyle. Get the attention and put regular status.
Use these two techniques and be in the eyes of the people you have given the presentation to.
Remember!!! Whenever you make a new contact make them save your number.
OBJECTION HANDLING
You give your best in the presentation and when you want your prospect to sign up, your prospect comes with an objection that objection can be just to say NO to you for not to join or it could be a genuine objection. So, the first thing you need to identify is that the objection is genuine or just to avoid you. Now, the very first technique to handle objections is Questions are the answers, try not to give answers straightaway, instead ask effective questions to drag the prospect in the direction you want.
The second way is to use feel-felt- found formula.
In total, there are commonly 10 objections in entire network marketing industry. In this lesson, we have covered all the major objections and you will learn how to tackle them.
HOW TO TRAIN PEOPLE
How to train your people is a skill that you need to develop if you want to become a successful network marketing leader. There are 8 things to be covered when you want to train your people and they are:
Make them build their dream list.

Invitation (This should be your prime focus as this is the only thing your new distributors have to do by themselves).

The most important time period for any person who joins network marketing is his first 30 days, that is the time when a person is 100% motivated and wants to achieve what he has been shown. So, as a network marketing leader, you need to understand what to make a person do in his first 30 days, so that he too becomes a network marketing leader.
Make them feel good about their decision of joining and becoming a distributor.
Make them meet some active and passionate people, so that they get social approval that their decision is right.
Make them feel that this business starts with you and ends with you.

Your distributor is always standing on a fine line of success and failure. On one side, it is that he will continue and on the other side is that your distributor will quit. You need to make your distributor jump on the side of success that your distributor will continue. Make your distributor understand that:
Failure is the part of success and they need to taste failure before they taste success.
Your distributor is always surrounded by distraction and negative people. They live in a circle of distraction and to protect them from circle of distraction, you need to give them a positive uplifting and thought-provoking environment where there is no place for negativity and the best suitable environment for this is your company events.
Provide them with the quality training support and make them an active part of the events. Your distributor needs to take decisions time to time to change the course of their life. So, always remember “the great decisions are made in the great events - PRT”.

There is a small seemingly insignificant difference between winners and losers and that is winners focus on continuous improvement, losers give excuses and stop improving. How wonderfully it is said that improvement starts with “I”. Personally Sponsor 15 people in 30 days
Action plan is divided into three steps, each step is for 30 days and requires massive action.
The first step is to personally sponsor 15 people in 30 days.
I tell you one fact that either you will bang on in your network marketing business or you will struggle. The choice is yours.
To bang on at any point of your career, you need to be in what I call, "Crazy Action Mode". In this mode, your only focus is on recruiting some fine passionate people in your business, we know law of averages, 3-4 out of them are going to do something significant, rest might be Mediocre, but to find 3-4 active leaders, you need to at least recruit 15 people in 30 days. Here there is a deadline of 30 days because to build up a momentum requires you to be in the crazy action mode. '
Before you begin you must understand:
1. To recruit 15 people, you need to show at least 75 plans that that too if you do it in a momentum, else it can go up to 150 in numbers.
2. It takes time and effort. You need to prioritize this action plan and compromise with other activities that are less significant.
3. You may need to take leave from your office to bring that focus required to achieve this goal of recruiting 15 people in 30 days.
4. Leave all other activities for a month because once you do it, your life will take a turn and do not stop, do not resist the momentum in between.
5. Let your family know that you are focused to achieve your goal and ask them to support you for at least next 30 days.
You must understand that you are recruiting and you must have a criteria to choose the type of people you want to enroll. You need not compromise here because all you want is just 15 people. So, if you think someone is not that Eagle that you want, if someone doesn't have that much caliber, do not stick to them and focus on someone who can be a potential leader. Have an Eagle’s Eyes! You are recruiting, you have something that can change their life!
Train Your people in Next 30 days
Your job doesn't end here, if you have just recruited your people, the game has just started.
Network marketing is all about recruiting and training your recruits on how to recruit more people.
Invest the next 30 days for the crucial training because in the first 30 days of joining, the distributors are highly charged up and their minds are open to learn anything that can help them achieve their dreams.
First of all, stop recruiting and do your active qualification yourself.
In the 30 days’ time period, you need to let your new recruits go through an extensive training program where you:
1. Let them understand the fundamentals of this business and give them the mindset required, which you have learnt in the first factor of this course and also on the basic training of profile, products and plan of your company.
2. Make them learn this course completely which you are going through right now.
3. Train them so that they can recruit their 15 people in next 30 days.
If you do it right, in 30 days, you can be free for the lifetime by making them self-reliant leaders but if you become lazy and leave your new distributors on their own, you are going to waste a lot of your time.
So focus completely and dedicatedly to Train Your team to recruit like you do!!
Monitor & Mentor In Next 30 days
The time for the leadership… the final 30 days of this 90 days Action Plan where you need to act as a real mentor and monitor each individual on their performance, are they able to recruit people or not? Where do they need your guidance? Are they skilled enough?
You need to go along with them on the field and give at least 5 presentations for your new distributor so that they can learn how to give presentation, be there with them in the next five presentations but do not speak anything, let them speak, let them elaborate and after the presentation give them the right feedback so that they can improve.
Every single day is crucial. You need to check where your teammate requires you.
You need to put a lot of your hard work.
Give them assignments one after one to work on! Just remember assignment, after assignment, after assignment.
By the 15 days, check whether each distributor has recruited at least seven people and if not you need to put more action and hard work because achievement of each individual is your duty.
What you have done in a quarter is what most networkers failed to do in years.
Once you work on this action plan, you will achieve what people call Impossible and if you implement this Action Plan 4 times in a year, you will become a top earner in your company. I challenge!
FIRE IN THE DOWNLINES
If you want to achieve your targets and you already have a team, then there is an action plan you can work on to achieve your targets easily. Before I tell you what that strategy or action plan is, you need to have at least three-level down downlines. So, let us understand an action plan, which I call fire in the downlines:
Set a target.
Break your target into the smaller targets to be given to the leaders in your organization and meet with them and inspire them to achieve the targets that you have given, just remember that your target gets achieved collectively when they achieve their own respective targets.
Go to the last level of the your team structure and give each one of the them a very small target that can be easily achieved and motivate them so that they actually achieve the given target on time.
This strategy is so powerful that once you lit fire in the last level of your structure, it gives you compounded growth and big flames come to the top level. Furthermore, the distributors in your first, second or third generation also get motivated because of volume coming from the downlines. Apply this formula and achieve the unthinkable!! All green lights!!
Boot Camp Strategy
This is the strategy that will make your distributors the monster recruiters. This strategy can 10X your business! But I know only a few leaders will implement the strategy because it takes guts.
The strategy is known as Boot Camp Strategy, & this is how it works:
Announce a small target that can be easily achieved by most distributors, if they work.
Announce an outstation BootCamp "FREE" from your side (the cost of which should be covered by the commissions you get from their target achievement, and if you don't get much commissions, involve other leaders as well)
In the boot camp, it should be extensive training & motivational sessions, followed by recognition of achievers and dance party and group fun activities.
Make the professional recording of your event and ask your team to make as many qualified next time for the event.
Do it in every three months four times in a year and you will wonder looking at your graph.
Now you are actually Banging on in Network Marketing!!
Daily Schedule
As an entrepreneur, your teammates face the biggest challenge as not to know what to do on daily basis, they don't have a proper schedule.
If you want your team to touch heights, first make a work schedule for yourself and as a mentor for your team, make a daily schedule.
It should involve the list of required actions daily without a miss.
You should, as an active upline, call you leaders at least two times a day, once in the morning to discuss what they are going to do in the entire day and second in the late evening to discuss how well they did, what they said and counsel them as needed.
Things that get scheduled are the things that get done!
You can buy a daily planner online and before you start your day, you fill your planner!
DON’T START YOUR MONTH WITHOUT THIS STRATEGY
Things that get scheduled are the things that get done, but the question is do you schedule your targets?
In this strategy, you will learn about the team planning and your target achievements on time, so just follow the following steps:
Meet each leader in the starting of the month.
Set a mutual target for them to be achieved in the whole month in terms of volume or number of new distributors.
Calculate your total expected volume as the sum of expected volume from each distributor.
Now, to calculate total achievable volume, you need to divide total expected volume by 3.
If you have many leaders in your group then you need to calculate your total planned volume as sum of total achievable volume from each leadership line.
In this way, you can calculate your total planned volume before you start your month.
WEBINARS
Time to increase the interactions with your team, you be up to date with the technology, effective methods for you to get in touch with your people, the one I found most suitable to train the team is webinar.
1) Download a webinar app in your laptop or mobile. The app we used to conduct webinar was "Zoom" app, you can download from App Store.
2) Ask your team to download the same app.
3) Read the instructions how to conduct the webinar.
4) First Try with a few people.
5) Announce the training for your team on webinars.
Now, here comes the action plan what you are required to do. This will be your weekly activity in your group that you will conduct online webinars. There are many people who cannot come every time to attend the seminar. Often, the locations of the seminars are not easily accessible to everyone, but webinar is the easiest way to get the similar knowledge and motivation. Talk to your team once in a week, the entire team, through webinar and also have a question-answer session where any team member can ask a question directly from you and you answer them on the webinar, it can be a question for other teammates also, but as you answer one, it gives clarity to all!
Once a week, there has to be at least one webinar conducted by you!
PROCESS OF MANIFESTATION
Ultimately, you want to get the results, results in the outer world, but do you know there exists an inner world also and what happens in the inner world creates the results in the outer world, but there is a bridge in between the inner world and outer world and that bridge is known as action. So, the process of manifestation is that your thoughts lead to your feelings, feelings lead to actions and actions lead to your results. You can definitely do something to change your thoughts, improve the quality of your thoughts to have completely different feelings but after all if you don’t take action, nothing happens.
Action is supreme. No action, no results.
There are people who are intelligent but don’t take actions. Even having a great intelligence quotient does not define success in life, so is in network marketing, but people with high implementation quotient achieve success faster, even though their intelligence is comparatively lower than other super-minded beings.
When you take actions, there will be two consequences, either you will get positive results or negative. If you get positive results, you will be even more motivated to take bigger actions, hence writing success in your destiny. Although, if you get negative results, you will learn something and it is an opportunity to improve and take correct measured actions to be successful.
All in all, action is equal to success.

TAKE YOUR WHOLE TEAM DIGITAL
First of all, take a decision that you want your individual growth or your team growth. Well, even if you want your individual growth in network marketing, there has to be the growth of the team, otherwise no one will grow. So now, as the understand goes that you need to help your teammates, there is a strategy to implement with the whole team to multiply your team and achieve greater heights:
Your each distributor should have a Facebook account and they should upload regular posts and videos to get the attention of their family, friends and colleagues. Remember, the posts about achievement, lifestyle and cerebration motivate the masses like nothing else.
Help each distributor start their own Youtube channel. This gives them wings to reach the untouched market where a wide audience will watch them, follow them and if they are good will be inspired, but remember, people do what you do not what you say, so first start your Youtube channel…I want to follow you. If you have a question what to upload on Youtube, then I recommend, when you learn something amazing in your seminars or any other video except this course then you should make a video on that topic to inspire the masses, so that you share positivity and inspiration with the world.
This will bring a momentum in your team. There are numerous benefits of taking your team digital, but the number 1 is your people will get attention and attention is equal to money.
Finding Potential Prospects And Making Them the Leaders
Your income is directly proportional to the number of leaders in your team. The greater the number of leaders the greater is the reward and respect in the company. Not everybody is a born leader and not everybody can be a leader but as a leader it is your responsibility to find out who are the eagles among the chickens in your team, they are the potential prospects with Charisma, fire in the eyes, passion and ability to inspire others. If you see such qualities in your teammates then you should start the process of making them leaders:
Have an Eagles Eyes to find out who is the potential person that can be developed into a leader. He could be in any depth or generation of yours, as it doesn't matter. As I use this saying in my team, "Feed the running horses." The people who are performing and the people who have the potential to perform, you should be focused on developing them, training them as a leader.
Give some personal mentorship. The people need attention of yours till they become self-reliant. Train them personally and give them feedbacks about their performance. Be an active upline and monitor the progress.
Work with them on the field. This is the most crucial step because 90% of the skill development happens on the field but if you will leave them alone, they may die soon. Be there on the field with them so that they can learn how to win battles.
Develop an action plan with them for them to work on. Give your guidance whenever is needed. Show them that you care. They will develop a great respect for you in their eyes, in fact in the bottom of their hearts.
If the person is in your depth and not in direct, try to activate their potential up lines. Most of the times, when a downline is working, their potential uplines wake up and also start working. Don't ignore them because your ultimate role is delegation not doing everything yourself but being there whenever required.
Conduct meetings and trainings with them for their team and give them the recognition so that everyone recognize them as their leader. It is not about that everyone praise you that you are helping them but instead make them feel the real Rockstar is that person. In this way, the person will take the command over his team and you will be free.
Don't ever let any downline feel that they are not your personally sponsored distributors. Make them feel you are always standing with them and see what overwhelming results they will bring in your entire life!
Leadership Is Taken

As a leader you must take the following responsibilities:
Take the responsibility of your own success. Your success in this business is entirely dependent on your own actions and efforts and not on anybody else. It is not about your upline or the company or the products, it is all about you. Your success is in your hands and your success is your responsibility.
As a leader, you must take the responsibility of the success of your downline. Your downlines are dependent on you till the time they become leaders. When they will be leaders it will be their duty for the success of their downlines. Help your team in every sense so that they achieve success, because if they become successful, you get what you want.
There comes another responsibility, the responsibility of conducting training. If your team is not trained to recruit more people, you are not going to make much money. For the sake of your dreams and dreams of your downlines, you must take the responsibility of conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly trainings.
As a leader, the result produced by a team is your own responsibility. If team is not performing well, it is not always because of them, it is because of you. If someone is performing well in your team, it is because of them and their own efforts but if someone is not performing well it is because of you, you need to develop this mindset or else there is no option!
As a leader, you should take the responsibility of monitoring the progress and analysis of each individual in your team that is your work, your duty, your obligation as a leader in network marketing.
Remember, if you are being told what to do then you are not a leader.
As an entrepreneur you don't have a boss, what to do, your freedom of choice.
You need to decide and take responsibility of your actions.
The sooner you will become responsible, the sooner you will become rich!
LEARN TO GIVE CREDITS
There is a story when APJ Abdul Kalam was the project director under the chairman of ISRO Mr Satish Dhawan, when India was launching their first Indian satellite launch vehicle in 1979 which happened to be a big failure as the satellite could not make into the orbit but instead plunged into the Bay of Bengal.
The whole country was angry and it was the time to face the Press Conference by APJ Abdul Kalam to answer on wasting millions of people's money. Professor Satish Dhawan took the APJ Abdul Kalam to the Press Conference and made him sit aside. He took the blame for the team's failure and said, " We failed! But I have a very good trust in my team that next time we will be succeeding for sure" and made everyone believe in the team, but I have a very good trust in my team that next time we will be succeeding for sure" and made everyone to believe in the team.
Next year, 18 July 1980, the same team led by Dr. Kalam successfully launched Rohini RS-1 into the orbit! The whole country was proud and cheering for the success of the launch.
Prof. Satish Dhawan congratulated Dr. Kalam and the team and asked Dr. Kalam to conduct the press conference that day!
The rest is History as we know it. Dr. Kalam led many more successful launches and became the 'Missile Man' of India. This would not have happened without what Prof. Satish Dhawan did on the day of Failure!
The moral of the story is, leaders take the responsibility of Failures. They never play The Blame game, instead they take the blame on themselves and when it is a time to give credits, they give it to their team and their efforts.
It is a human tendency that we always seek appreciation. The ordinary person seeks appreciation but a leader is intelligent enough to give it!
If you see any positive change in any of your teammate, give them credits.
If someone takes responsibility for anything significant, give credits.
If someone does something for you or someone else in your team, highlight their efforts and give credits.
Never point out the negatives in front of anyone, always do that in private, especially in one on one counseling session.
Always give credits in front of public, you will gain more respect as a leader. The people will relish your company and do anything to you.
Monitor & Mentor
Often the word 'Speaker' & 'Trainer' are considered to be one, but they are different.
'Speaker' is the one who speaks well, usually performs like a magician in front of people but a 'Trainer' is different. The Trainer is the one who trains an individual from scratch to the peak performance.
For example, a person who trains people how to drive a car surely motivates a person you can drive a car or this is a clutch, brake, accelerator, etc.
Sometimes, the same distance lies in Upline & Mentor, Upline acts like a speaker but a mentor is like a trainer.
You decide what guarantees your success in network marketing.
Of course, being a trainer, being a mentor!
Guiding from the very basics to the top is what is the responsibility of a mentor. To bring out the end result, being there with them on the field, helping them understand the fundamentals of the business of network marketing, and finally helping them evolve as a leader is what proves your leadership!
Being a leader is not about criticizing for less performance on not bringing out the required results but together finding the challenges where it requires the efforts and attention and working towards the solution.
Monitor the daily progress if the distributor is able to perform the task given by you or not and giving them the genuine feedback and the required tips to perform better next time and bring out the results.
Your business will skyrocket when you will inculcate this leadership attribute!
People Do What You Do, Not What You Say!
When a Thief says, he is not a thief, words explaining just 5 to 10%, and rest is nonverbal.
When a lover looks into the eyes of beloved and says I love you, the action speaks more than the words.
The same is true in network marketing, action speaks more than the words.
When you speak to your team to perform, to get the results but you are yourself lazy and not putting the hard work, do not expect your team to perform. You will never be able to transfer that enthusiasm and energy in your team unless you feel it yourself and you can only feel it when you are working towards your dreams. The opposite is also true that do not speak your team to perform but you perform, you don't speak but your accent does, your team will duplicate.

If you really want to motivate your team to perform, you must perform or I would say whatever you want your downlines to do, first you do that!
If you want them to attend the events, you be there in the events.
Remember you are the role model, you are the hero!
RETENTION
You invest a lot of time, money and energy in recruiting a new distributor, but if you lose them what have you earned. In network marketing, retention means building a pipeline. Now, you need to learn how to retain your people, so that your channel of continuous income does not stop.
Trusted dependency: Your distributors are dependent on you with a trust that you will guide them in the right way, so that they can achieve success. Similarly, you are dependent on your distributors to bring volume and run the wheel of your business.
Define Roles: The roles should be predefined that what you are going to do and what your team should supposedly do.
Three levels of commitment:
I will try.
I will do my best.
I will do whatever it takes. There is a difference between best and whatever it takes. The best is always limited, but whatever it takes is limitless.
Active participation: Make your distributors actively participate in the company events and wherever possible. This will help them maintain a sustainable motivation and will keep them away from quitting.
Recognition: Napoleon Bonaparte once said I have learned that “man will die for ribbons”. Here, the ribbons are designation and recognition. Give people recognition wherever possible, especially in your company’s seminar, whenever they perform well. It motivates them as well as other people.
Relationships: When an upline becomes a brother, business becomes a legacy. It is not just about what you share professionally with your downlines, people emotional creatures. They move when their emotions are moved, they stay when their emotions are connected, and they go away when the emotional bond weakens.

Business can be permanent or temporary. It can be that a distributor multiplies fast and makes you a millionaire, but even if not there is one thing that has to be permanent and that is relation. Whether anything lasts or not, relation should last forever.
When you will follow these 8 steps , no distributor will ever leave you.
Labour to Leadership
Labour involves toiling by yourself where you make your ends meet. Tasks should be distinguished as what all tasks cannot be done without you and others which can be. Since time is limited, it has to be put to use wisely. In Network Marketing, your results are not solely dependent on you but on your downlines too.
I will support this with a story. In a jungle, monkey was made the king. Now, all started to bring their problems to him. Lion got extremely upset with this. He abducted a buck. Goat created hue and cry in the jungle and reached out to the king, Monkey. Upon hearing this, Monkey King walked a few steps and jumped on tree, then from one tree to another. Puzzled, the goat in distress said that the Lion shall have already eaten her child. To which Monkey King supported that he at least was doing an activity. Such an activity is nothing but Labour. This does not produce any fruitful results.
Leadership believes in delegation and appoints work to people adept in it. Delegation is an art. Leaders know it. When heading a team, ask yourself timely, “How this can be done without me?”. This will help in assigning tasks further in line while you put your time in other productive tasks.
Recognize the essence of MVP. It stands for Most Valuable and Profitable Activity. These are prime activities. Leaders know their MVPs and accordingly they delegate other activities.
If a process consumes more time is to be identified. It should be worked upon so that it lessens the time taken by it while you focus on MVPs.
Always move towards one level up. Recruit people who can do it for you. People who can be greater in experience or higher in age. And they overcome your weakness because that particular thing is their strength.
How to Be Great
The leap of greatness! I will start by asking you a simple question, is there a difference between being famous and great? Everyone wishes to be famous. Everyone wants everyone to know them. People want them to be identified and celebrated. There is a big difference between being famous and being great. You don’t have to work as hard to be famous as you have to work in being great. Aim where you can contribute towards the benefit of the people around you.
For example, Sunny Leone is famous but Sachin Tendulkar is great. Why is he great, we know the reason. So, we need to choose what we want to be, famous or great. So, always strive to be great. Contribute in such a way that you add value to whatever you do, and put all your efforts in being great! When we leave, our legacy will remain. So, it is up to us how we make our legacy. If given an option to be famous or great, choose to be great because people remember greatness.
So how to be great? Follow these steps:
Forget yourself: As the title suggests, forget yourself. Often people become self centered and think that they want everything in life for themselves only, but leadership essence begins when you begin to think about others than yourself. Sachin Tendulkar is great because he played for his country rather than for himself. A self centered person doesn’t last long in the long term and a person who always thinks of everyone else besides himself, he is remembered for being a great. In network marketing, forget yourself, work for your downline and ask how you can be of help to them.
People are your greatest assets: A Chinese proverb states that “if you want to grow something in a year, grow crops. If you want to grow something for 10 years, grow trees, and if you want to grow something forever, grow people”. In network marketing, people are the assets. They will benefit you all your life. If you believe that you should do and can help in a certain way, then you should.
Do it for people: No matter how much you do for others; it will never be enough. Work for others and your work will be done on its own. There is a saying “if you help enough people to achieve what they want, then you will achieve what you want”.
You are here to give: We are in this world to give, to contribute.
I will share a story with you. There were two extremely poor people in a village. One of them used to curse God and say why was he always kept in poverty and pray that in the next life make him as someone whom the people come and give money. I have lived my life in poverty but wont in the next life. Whereas the other person thanked God for his life but said that the only thing he was sad about is that he couldn’t do much to help others in this life. In the next life, God made former one a beggar and people used to give money, and the latter one was made the richest person in the town. He ensures his wealth is being put into good use through charities and donations. So what will u pray to God for? Pray that you are such that you help others, rest will be taken care of.
This is what I learned though network marketing. I succeeded in the industry but what about those who are struggling. So, why not contribute and teach those who need help in this industry, and this is how it will happen. Let’s go towards the path of greatness together. Start contributing in the lives of others.
Never Play the Blame Game
When people run from responsibility, they start to play the blame game. By criticizing and blaming one another, it doesn’t take us to solutions. In network marketing, people blame the upline for lack of mentorship, downline for inefficient working, company and product for being ineffective and expensive. We will explore how to change this habit by knowing how to stop Blame Game.
Accept the situation: Don’t run away from it. Be brave enough to face the toughest challenge. Accepting it will help you overcome the hurdles.
Analyze the problem: Introspect what is hampering the functioning. Question with “HOW?” like How can this be solved?
Take mentorship of people who are successful. This will guide you and keep you motivated.
Implement the required actions to mend it. Find sustainable solutions for it.
Be a problem solver. After listening to a problem, give them solutions.
Failures always complain. Leaders assume responsibilities. Leaders don’t create followers, Leaders create leaders. Become a leader and chase the world.
How to Motivate
As a leader, its up to us that we can motivate people. We must understand the difference between motivation and inspiration. Motivation comes from within you. Your dreams and your ambitions motivate you. Some other person cannot motivate you, they can only inspire you. Through this course, you are being inspired to achieve greatness in network marketing. As a network marketing leader, you should learn how to make people motivate themselves to achieve what they want in life. So, you need to follow these 3 simple steps to do that:
Identify what they want: If you know what they want, half of your work is done. You can inspire them, show them the path and guide through it on how they can be motivated to be where they wish to be. Identify their needs. In corporate events, I ask them one question, why did they invite? And so I prepare myself accordingly for the event. Similarly, if you know what your distributor wants from you, the road ahead will be much easier for you.
Show them how to get it: You want people to grow on network marketing ladder. Your success lies in their success as well. You are helping people in network marketing by showing them the right path and motivating them to be on it. In this industry, people are not working for you, they are working for themselves. You are receiving just the royalties. So, tell them what they can achieve by doing certain things.
Help them on-field to get it: It is very important to connect to prospects not just on personal level but also on emotional level. The reason why I tell stories is because it helps me connect to everyone on an emotional level. Always remember, information tells, stories sell. Similarly, if you want to motivate your downline or your distributor, connect to them by telling them success stories of yourself, your upline or one of your other distributors.
Now, how will you motivate a demotivated distributor? Ask them what they want, show them how to get it, and help them how to get what they want. Follow the above 3-steps formula and you can be sure that your team and distributors will stay highly motivated, including those outside your team. Go inspire the world!
How to Save Your Distributor
Final lesson in leadership factor is on how to save your distributor from the eye of other companies.
Always listen to the concern of your distributor. Lend an ear to him when he shares his issues.
One case could be when he does not reveal on being approached by another company:
- Since it is in your knowledge, don’t jump over this issue but appreciate him and make his efforts feel worthy.
- Talk about the benefits specific to your company, perks, products or culture.
- Share the vision of your company. This will refresh his goals as to when he joined your company. Share the long-term plans of the company.
- Share the vision that you share with your team.
- Make him count his efforts so far. Don’t let his efforts go in vain.
- Get him recognized in events. If he is appreciated and praised, he will change his mind to not switch.
In case, he reveals the name of the company:
- Know about that company and do your research.
- If that company’s profile is in favor of your distributor, let him join it and don’t be selfish.
- In case you find their loopholes, share with him as the decision rests with him. Share with him a story of your company’s distributor who has gone from zero to one, the person who has become an inspiration in the face of your company.

Power of Association
Everyone has an Energy field, and everyone is continuously radiating that energy. You are also radiating the energy and affecting everything around you and at the same time being affected by everything around you.
This energy can lead to different thoughts and different feelings inside you.
When you come in influence of another person, your Energy field is being affected, it could be it goes up or down depending on the other person's Energy field.
Human beings learn from "osmosis". When you get in touch of someone, there is an exchange of energy, thoughts, ideas and a lot more. You learn from being with somebody.
Make the like-minded associations in this business. Associations with the people who have similar goals like you, the people who are going to the top or the people who are already at the top.
It is said that you are the average of five people you spend your most time with!
Your income, your health, your relations and everything else is a result of the people you surround yourself with.
For example: You are with five people A,B,C,D,E where A has the income of 30000, B has income of 50000, C makes 0, D makes 20000 and E makes 10000. According to this rule, your income will be approximately 22000 as an average income of the top five people you spend your time with.
It goes same with other areas of life and even skills.
Choose carefully the people you are spending your time with. They are affecting you.
The best way to change your average is association with the top people. You may not get the time to spend with your ideals but even if you are reading their books, watching their videos, attending the seminars, you are changing your average.
Now every day when you meet people and you choose to spend time with them, remember this power of association.
Being the Magnet
This success principle will manifest everything that you want if you apply the following and allow yourself to be the magnet:
Have clarity of what you want. Without clarity, this universe will not give you anything. It is something like demanding a car, going to a Mercedes Showroom without telling them which car you want, model you want, colour you want, kind of Interiors you want, they just can't give you anything unless you give them clarity. Have clarity in mind of what exactly you want and when and how you want it.
Asking for what you want. You only get what you ask for. When you ask, you give a Universal Declaration that you want to manifest it but remember the trick is for how long.
Believing and acting as if it is already yours. When you believe something is yours, the energy in you changes and it attracts the similar energy in your life hence bringing you what you believe is already yours. When you want to be a diamond in your company, act like you are a diamond and you will be.
Aligning your thoughts. Your thoughts should be one directional. When you want to achieve something in life, you should not jump from one thought to another instead think in one direction and align your thoughts.
Work in order of Backward Vision. Backward vision is very very powerful because it gives you the exact roadmap to achieve your goal. It works like you visualise that you have achieved your goal and now think in the backward order what you did to achieve the goal in what time.
Visualise the things are happening and think and even speak to yourself that things are happening in Present Continuous Tense every morning and night for 5 minutes.
Plan for the long term.
Raise your energy by meditation and mindfulness techniques. Create an energy pattern.
Remember everything is energy and energy travels in frequencies and vibrations. Whatever you want to manifest is an energy and to achieve that thing, to manifest that all you need is to raise your own energy levels and you do it by being the magnet and following the above 8 techniques.
FOCUS
You will waste a lot of time if you will not apply this success principle and that is focus
Focus is everything in this business. Focus is the driver of energy, it takes or brings the energy
As a human being, we are surrounded by distractions. Every 3 minutes, we get distracted and it takes nearly 30 minutes to regain the concentration.
The focus is like a muscle; if you don't use it, you lose it and in fact it gets stronger with continuous exercise.
If you won't focus on one course at a time, you may waste a lot of time, accomplishing nothing!
It takes focus, to create things up, to build the things.
Most people believe in multitasking but that is for the computers not for human beings, human beings cannot multitask, only switch from one activity to another.
You cannot drive a car looking at your phone, you switch your focus from car to phone to car.
Most people think about how their life is going to change in next 1 month or 1 year but they forget to focus on the next 45 minutes in front of them.
If you focus on only one thing for 45 minutes it is called a Jam Session.
If you have four or more jam sessions in a day, I challenge, you will become a top performer in the industry we are in, network marketing!
Starve your distractions and feed your focus!

Dealing with Criticism

In this industry, you need to learn to deal with criticism and here are simple 5 steps:
Learn to respond instead to react. Most people react to the situation but a leader in network marketing knows a situation is a situation but it is up to us how to respond.
Imagine someone you admire. How will they handle the criticism that you have received? Use that model in your response.
Listen to the criticism, some suggestions to improve
Ignore the tone of criticism, that was just a moment and not permanent reality. The people are not bad but the circumstances could be
If you feel to reply, postpone for tomorrow!
Remember what people say about you is the reflection of their own personality. It is less about you and more about them.
Criticism brings attention. In order to be successful, you need some haters, more the haters, more the attention!!
Remember haters make you famous.

YOUR LEVEL

The level of a man tells his level of life.
The purpose of being successful should be uplifting the level of life so that a problem doesn't remain a problem anymore.
Let's say you have a problem that you are unable to pay the bill of 30000, which is a level 3 problem, it means the level of person you are, is level 3 or less, because if your level was higher you won't feel level 3 problem a problem anymore, will be a daily life event.
Whenever you have a problem in life say to yourself that I need to raise the level of my life!
You need to raise your level by raising the following:
You need to raise your knowledge. Your mind and knowledge have driven you to the level you are today. You need to work on your education and if your goal is related with financial achievements then you need to start to focus on your financial education. Increase your knowledge everyday and that will be a cutting edge in network marketing industry.
The best way to raise your level and in fact to raise your income is to solve bigger problems. How many people need your opportunity? How many people are you helping with your opportunity? Always remember, the bigger the problem the bigger the money. You only get paid when you solve problems. When you solve bigger problems you become a bigger person and receive more respect and wealth.
In our society, our status and level is judged by the money and connections we have. If you want to achieve both money and connections you need to start focusing on your knowledge and the level of problems you are solving every single day.

DESERVE IT FACTOR
The universe doesn't reply to your needs, it replies to your seeds.
You only get the things in life that you deserve, not what you want.

This was the month of October, when a farmer was crying in his field, yelling to the God that, "I want Corn", he started to cry from the morning till the evening but God did not reply. A man was passing by the farm and saw the farmer crying. He rushed towards the farmer and asked, what happened? To which farmer replied, I want Corn! The man asks the farmer did you plant the seed in April?
The universe works on the law of sowing and reaping.
If you don't sow seeds on time, don't expect to reap anything.
If you want to achieve anything in life, you need to be deserving.
If you ask yourself, why you are not the top earner? You will get the answer straightforward that you don't deserve it because the law is simple, you will get what you deserve and definitely!

TIME COMPRESSION
Your rocket will only fly when you put a massive pressure on the ground to produce enough force to lift your rocket not just up from the ground but into the orbit and that can be only done if you use the success principle called time compression.
In network marketing, it is a saying that success loves speed. In my experience, it is so true, not to ignore!
If something is done with the speed and momentum, it happens.
In my opinion, there are two types of people in network marketing:
The one who use time compression and become wealthy.
The people who don't use success compression struggle putting small efforts time to time.
All it takes 45 days to change your life, the 45 days in which you focus on the action plan.
Follow the steps below to get time compression working:
Make your action plan.
Set a time limit.
Divide the time in the half.
Put the work to make your Action Plan work in the half of the time.
Enjoy the results!
This is the simple strategy to use time compression that you take a target, set a deadline and divide the deadline in the half and allow yourself to give your 100%, put all the efforts to make the things happen in the halftime. You get the double results.
Only the 0.1% of the people in network marketing know how to use time compression and now you are one of them. Furthermore, those 0.1% people are the multi-Millionaire top earners you see in the industry.
Parkinson’s Law
Without learning this success principle, you were committing a mistake without even knowing it. So what is this success principle called? It is called Parkinson’s Law. It says that whatever time you decide to do a work; you take exactly that amount of time to complete that work. For example, if you decide to call 5 prospects in 3 hours, then whatever happens, you will not finish prospecting 5 people before 3 hours.
Let’s assume your company sets a target for you to be achieved in 6 months. So, no matter what, you cannot achieve that target before 6 months
The amount of time which one allocates to perform a task is the amount of time it will take to complete the task – Parkinson’s Law.
So why not compress the time and use Parkinson’s Law? Let’s see how we can use it and what are its benefits:
Save a lot of time: If you know there is an allocated time and Parkinson’s law is applied to it, you know you will complete the work early and you will have plenty of free time in hand.
You build yourself: Just like you put muscle under stress in a gym to build muscle, the brain put under stress will develop your brain to achieve more in short span of time.
Allocate less time for the same activity and you will become a productivity machine because you will produce more results in less time.
Teach your team what you have learned resulting in highly productive multi-level money machine! Meaning, there will be more joining in your team.
Go implement this in your work and see results being achieved at a much quicker pace than ever before.
Principle of Network Marketing
Let’s talk about 7 principles of network marketing:
The secret in this business is having the information that attracts people. You learned a lot in this course. Ask yourself what is that information that attracts people. It could be mindset, action plan, prospecting, inviting, presentation etc. So, have you learned what attracts people.
Most people want to join but you just don’t show them what they want to see. They want to see solutions to their problems. Their tomorrow should be brighter than today. They refuse because you fail to show what they wish to see.
Most people don’t join because they don’t understand what you say and present. Recall the story I told about Sahil going to the wedding and failing to convey what he wanted to say. And since they didn’t understand, they didn’t join. So you need to understand that they understand what you are trying to say about your business and how they can benefit from it.
Introverts often do better than extroverts because they are natural listeners. If you listen to people’s problems, the better solution you can provide to their problem. Make a habit of listening to people.
Prospects were always there. You just didn’t see them. People around you will join even today, just not with you. Keep you eyes open, look out for opportunities and grab them with both hands. Winners look for opportunities; losers look for obstacles.
Respect what prospects want out of network marketing. Respect what they want from it. There might be a possibility that their expectation would be lower than yours. Not everyone wants to be a millionaire.
You care so much that they refuse to not join! Wish for their success and hope they get whatever they want and desire.
BOARD MEETINGS
Have you heard about Chinese bamboo tree? The tree requires nurturing - water, fertile soil, sunshine like every other tree but for the whole 1 year this plant shows no sign of activity but in just next 6 weeks this plant reach up to the height of 80 feet. 80 feet in 6 weeks, sounds something like being a millionaire in 6 weeks in network marketing. What do you think that tree was doing for whole 1 year, that tree was laying a foundation for itself to grow up to 80 Feet, that tree was strengthening the roots.
As the moral of the story, you also start to strengthen your Foundation, your roots so that you can also grow to no limits.
In this chapter, you will learn about the concept of board meetings.
These are the weekly meetings that have to take place with your team.
Board meetings are the meetings in which the presenters are made. Presenters of today are the leaders of tomorrow!
In network marketing, ambiance matters a lot and therefore we suggest people to attend these trainings and meetings. Similarly, the ambiance has to be provided at the very personal level called board meetings.
In ambiance of training, people set target, develop a strong mindset.
The weekly board meeting should be for the purpose of practice in front of you, and your teammates should present a topic and at the end of the meeting, you should give feedback to everyone. Moreover, you should gift topics to each member to speak on in the next meeting.
This is how you create a presenter.
The practice could be on profile, products, plan or any other topic you have learnt in this course.
This is however a great practice to let The Fire ignited in people as they meet the people who share their goals/target, it works like magic to charge up the lazy horses.
The strength of a board meeting should be small, less than 25 and can be done in drawing room or a small training room with a white board.
If you have a large strength, divide the groups but be there in every board meeting as a leader.
Make it as schedule to be done every week.
This is the best exercise to strengthen your roots.
NEW PEOPLE ORIENTATION
As new people join your team, there must be an orientation to those people where you show them the following:
In order to achieve success, they need to work. To be successful in network marketing business is their own responsibility and nobody else’s.
They must need to prepare a bag, must have a presentation file, product brochures, joining forms, other important literatures, a diary, a pen, photocopy of uplines cheques and other achievement's pictures to show.
They need to have a deeper understanding about the process that they will go through in order to build this business. Here you need to do a mindset training.
Now, as they have joined, they must know the compensation plan in detail, so that they can prepare themselves to present.
You need to give them the basic invitation skills in the new distributor orientation.
Make them create their dream list in the new distributor orientation.
Make them build their prospect list as you have learnt in building your "who do you know" list in this course.
Tell them the specific list of books to read and videos to watch.
Tell them that they need to go through this course.
If there are less people, do it one on one.
If there over 25 people, do it as an event. Every new joining must go through it before they start to work.
PRODUCT TRAININGS
You are required to train your team on the products that your company offers.
The first thing it does is to bring clarity to your distributors that how products work and they should try them themselves and become the first customers.
This gives them the concept of changing their shop. The products they were buying from the market and the products offered by a company, they get a clear idea that which one to use after the product training.
In Product training, you should train on the specifications of the products.
1) You should talk about the quality standards with which the products are manufactured.
2) You should talk about what problems your product solve and how?
3) How to build the importance of products in others Eyes.
If your company has products into health industry then you can use a simple formula called Scare-Aware-Share!
Using this formula, first scare your customer about what is happening with their body and effect of pollution in the environment and in the food they eat, then make them aware that their problem can be solved, share your products at the end!
4) Share enough testimonials so that people can share with other people they meet about the positive effects of your product.
The product training gives them clarity to become an active user first and then share what they feel with the world around them and also sharing what do you have trained them on!
If your company has a wide range of products then you need to conduct product trainings more often. Your distributors will become professionals.
They should be trained so well so that they can conduct the product launches themselves!
THE ONE THING THAT CAN MAKE YOU SUPER RICH
In marketing business, there is one thing that can make you super rich and that one thing is so simple that most people just avoid it!
That simple one thing is called Callings!
When you start this business, you need to call people and ask them for the time and place to show the plan.
When you get some people joined in your team, you need to call for further exposures and meetings.
As your team grows, you need to call to follow-up about the day and assignments you have given them.
If you have nothing to do, just call a downline and make it a habit to call each one in your downline in any depth, this can be in such a way that everyone feels connected with you. Go as deep as you can, and let your team feel there is a leader who cares.
What you need to learn, as a human being, we have a tendency of sharing our emotions, our stories & in fact everything we know, just to get attention, and we must know what we are sharing!
Hey!! you need to apply filters, if you share anything negative or too personal, it is like cutting your edges.
If you have anything negative to share, don't share with your downlines, only share the negative information with your uplines.
There is a saying in network marketing that negatives should go up and positive should go down!
When you call you should be in high energy and remember as I said, only good things should go down and bad things should go up!
Make People Join Instantly
It’s a three step formula to make people join instantly.
Know You: If nobody knows you, nobody will join you. People should know you then. Get people’s attention and become a dominant figure in the market. You can start networking with them by reaching out on social media, get in touch over call, create an invitation list.
Like You: Create an image that people prefer you over the other. This could be because of your knowledge, personality or character.
Trust You: Eventually, once they’ve liked you for your good work, they’ll trust you. You should be a good listener and once you have listened to people, they will listen to you too. Lend an ear to their problem so that you provide them with solution. Solution must have a hope, which is why people go to astrologers and fortune teller as they give solution wrapped in a hope.
Once you’ve acquired these three traits, they’ll instantly be yours. Quoting my father, “To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved.”

Four Ways to Add Value
Throughout the course, I have propagated that you should add value to people’s lives. This will benefit you in two ways by making you more money and becoming a better person.
In this video since I want to provide you with a cutting edge, which will help in Network Marketing as well as on the outside. You have to follow 4 steps, which will Replace Money with Imagination.
Imagination is powerful. At times, people become indifferent between Reality and imagination. For say, salesman in BMW will not talk of money, but about the time when the owner drives out the showroom.
To add more value, you have to increase the quantity. Deliver more than you have promised. To destroy your competition, you should deliver more as everyone in the market deliver lesser than the worth. For instance, I walk into a 5-star hotel and order a meal worth Rs. 300 which I found to be less than its worth. Some other day in a similar hotel, meal with same worth gives me more in quantity and this becomes a better and preferred place to eat.
Better Quality- This enhances the worth of the product. You offer in the best possible way what the customer needs or any means by which you can deliver better performance can add value to your product.
