I will show you exactly how to feed your sourdough culture, so that it will remain with you for as long as you want to bake sourdough bread.
Part Two: Baking the perfect sourdough bread using that same culture that you have cultivated. There are few things more fulfilling, than baking an incredible sourdough bread with a culture that you have created. I will show you how to autolyse, mold, stretch and fold, bulk ferment, and score your dough to bake the perfect bread.
