In this lecture, we start investigating the root causes of this pain. This is especially useful because, for so many back pain sufferers, there are deeper reasons for the pain than meets the eye. In other words, we move on from tapping "directly" for the pain, and we start to tap "indirectly".

Note how I carry my neck awkwardly with my poor painful upper back at the start of this lecture. That is not a happy swing of the head, it is pain, which I got by sleeping at a very awkward angle last night. I have deliberately kept the pain for you so that you can see for yourself how to tap at a deeper root cause level for physical root causes. Note the relief as my tapping on my own physical root causes gives me that delicious release from pain!
