Welcome to baby yoga!


Baby yoga is a wonderful way to spend some special, quality time with you baby whilst promoting key areas of their health, wellbeing relaxation and development.


Some of the benefits of doing baby yoga with your little one include:


  • Increased relaxation

  • Stimulates all of the major systems in their body

  • Allows the body to move freely

  • builds strength, flexibility and coordination needed for key motor milestones

  • Stimulates babys brain, encourages learning and language development

  • Promotes bonding between you and your baby

These baby yoga sessions are designed for babies from a minimum of 8 weeks old onwards in good health. If you baby is currently experiencing any health or medical issues please seek medical advice before using these movements with your baby.


This course has been especially designed for parents with babys who want a little more zen in their life, to spend some quality time with their little one and support their wellbeing and development. Our courses are split into easy to follow sections with helpful videos guiding you through each session with ease and enjoyment.


To get started you will need a yoga mat (if you have one), If not you can use a towel or blanket on the floor to lay baby on.
