The Doshas are these combined energies which are constantly pushing towards disequilibrium to reach a new balance and equilibrium. By understanding these energies we can know more about ourselves and the habits that bring harmony to our life, creating good health in body, mind and soul.
Vata, Vayu, Wind, Movement, Change and Thought. In this class we delve into the most changing and creative energy that is present in every movement made. Vata helps us breathe, move, digest, walk, talk and create. Find your inspiration within the corridors of your profound being :)
Pitta, Fire, Passion, Conflict, Heat and Transformation. Pitta helps us "cook" our being, starting with digesting the food and nurturing our body. Pitta is the alchemic power of transformation and creation. How close and familiar are you to your Pitta energy?
Kapha, Growth, Nurture, Sustainance and Comfort. Kapha helps as unify all systems bringing fluidity, harmony and love. Kapha nurtures from its capacity to attach and maintain the order. Can you hear, deep inside, your growing power of harmony and peace?
