Menopause has the potential to be a very special time - a time of transition from one phase of life to another. In many cultures it is a time that is cherished and celebrated, but too often this is not the case. Many women have a great deal of apprehension around Menopause and often suffer from debilitating symptoms that can go on for years.

From an Ayurvedic point of view, much can be done to manage the underlying causes of these symptoms, and to prepare for this time of life, ensuring the transition is as smooth, even as enjoyable as possible....

In this 2 hour course you'll learn:
