I also share with you what I think you should do right after a diagnosis or as soon as you realize you need more help than you are getting from your doctor's office. I personally have Hashimoto's thyroid disorder so I'm coming at this course from the most experience with thyroid problems but I do have some knowledge and training on various other autoimmune conditions.
