Hello, my name is Gulshad Ansari, and I am a Senior BIM Modeler & Coordinator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Although I originally hail from India, I am currently residing in Dubai, where I have had the opportunity to work on numerous commercial and residential projects.
In addition to my work in Dubai, I have also gained experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping) projects across various locations, including Saudi Arabia and the USA. Over the course of my 14-year career, I’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the field and have been involved in a wide range of large-scale construction projects.
I also have a strong background in teaching, as I’ve been working as an instructor for the past 14 years. My experience as both a practitioner and an instructor has allowed me to gain comprehensive insights into the industry, and I’ve been fortunate to lead and contribute to the successful completion of many major construction projects throughout my career.
