Description
Astro-Herbal Teatime is an informative course for people with an interest in setting Intentions AND an interest in Plants and Astrology.
It is taught in a way you do not need knowledge in either, though someone with a background in either or both can also find a benefit.
In addition to the introduction, it is divided into 7 Sections. 1 Section for each of the Days of the week and its corresponding Planet of Association:
Sunday/ The Sun
Monday/ The Moon
Tuesday/ Mar
Wednesday/ Mercury
Thursday/ Jupiter
Friday/ Venus
Saturday/ Saturn
There are 4 lectures/modules in each: 1. The Introduction to the Day, its daily correspondences, its Planetary Association 2. Plants associated to the Planet/Day and which Teas could be used when setting intentions. 3. Teatime with setting intentions 4. The Layering It Up! Referred to in the videos as a "bonus" video it gives additional suggestions to assist you with setting your intentions. Resource materials & links are included throughout each section.
The Goal of this course is to have a skill set in your toolbox to set Intentions using the Planetary Energy (associations) of Plants. You will learn the basics about The Planetary Association of Plants bring the 2 together with the Practice of Drinking Tea based on Planetary Association of the plant(s) in the tea to set Intentions. By the end you will start to recognize characteristics of plants in terms of their Planetary Associations.

An Herbalist, Broom Maker and Veriditas trained Labyrinth Facilitator; Jennifer refers to herself as a Green Witch. She has an Herbal Teaching Garden, Jenza's Garden in NW RI where both Medicinal and Magical Herbs are grown. Her love of plants and astrology merge with her practice of Astro-Herbalism. Passionate sharing the knowledge she learns she is called to teaching.
Her first apprenticeship was with Charles Cochrane (now deceased) of the Silver Willow. Later she interned with Mary Blue of Farmacy Herbs in Providence RI.
With the gift of teaching she has taught at the Annual Rhode Island Herbfest for several years. Throughout Southern New England she holds workshops on Herbalism, Flower Essences, Labyrinths & Broom Making.
From her own garden she has created Flower Essences including blends based on Astro-Herbalism. You can find them and more about her online.
