We will define assertiveness, see its significance and study 4 communication styles. We will practice recognizing passive, passive-aggressive and aggressive styles. After this module, it will be completely clear which communication styles and why they don't give results, as well as how to reformulate the statements into ones that guarantee success. I will show you the structure of an assertive communication style, explain the techniques that can be used and differentiate between "You" and "I" solutions. After the module, you will see which style and technique is most in line with you and later use it in practice. Reasons and obstacles for not using the answer "NO" are the topic of this module. You will learn what techniques for giving answers do NOT exist and how to use them. After this module, you will feel more confident in communication and provide yourself with more time to deal with important things.
