A short introduction to Asianfusion and a little bit about me and where i learned to cook.
Arroz Caldo or Congee is a popular snack or meal in Asia. This recipe however uses chicken with the aroma of lemongrass and ginger. It's very filling and can be eaten anytime of the day.
Steamed dumplings is a popular snack in Southeast Asia that can be eaten anytime of the day. Ideally this buns taste better when hot, but can be frozen and steamed later. There are different ways of making it but this procedure works better for me. You can also have different fillings like chicken or duck.
This dessert is one of the favourites in the Philippines especially on special occassions. It's also known as Caramel Custard in Europe. Very easy to make and has rich flavour that easily melts into your mouth. In this recipe I added fruit cocktails to make it even more interesting. Enjoy !
This chocolate brownie recipe is full of richness from white, dark and milk chocolate fused with mild chilli. The chilli brings a kick to it's flavour which gives it a twist from it's ordinary brownie flavour. If you don't like chilli, just follow the rest of the instructions eliminating the chilli part. Enjoy!
