
Walking
Walking is a low impact exercise that can be performed safely every day. Here is a list of motivations to get you out more.
Witness the sunrise and sunset — nothing in life is trivial.
Visit ‘National Trust’ sites. Some of the grounds have phenomenal walks.
Go to the seaside. Earn those chips. Taste the sea air. Drink it in.
Go walking in the woods. The air quality is fantastic. Listen to the birds sing.
We all love shopping. You don’t need money. Go window shopping. Walk.
Park your car at the furthest point. Easier to get parked. More exercise.
Don’t get stuck in a lift. Take the stairs. All that money you are saving on gym.
Get a step-counter. It’ll help motivate you. Set yourself goals.
Increase your daily activity. Burn more calories. Get fitter. ‘Enhance Your Life With Fitness’.
One of my mentors: Mike Mentzer, has always inspired me and provided training information that is logical. A lot of people train for years and are still confused by the many methods to increase muscle size and fitness. Mike has given me clarity of thought.
Exercise has many benefits and it can be highly enjoyable. The important thing is that you are taking steps to improve -- to be a better you.
The short quote by Mike Mentzer is logical and personal. Know your body. Listen to it. Understand it. Make decisions. And sometimes ... less is more.
You will be able to lightly stretch the muscles of your body. You will be able to perform these stretches whenever you feel the need.
You will be able to perform a Lateral Raise. The exercise works the medial deltoid (shoulders) and will give you shoulder width.
You will be able to perform a One Arm Row. The exercise works the back and the biceps.
You will be able to perform a Press-Up. The exercise works the chest, shoulders and triceps.
You will be able to perform a Bicep Curl. The exercise works the biceps.
Biceps Brachii (Latin for "two-headed muscle of the arm").
You will be able to perform a Tricep Kickback. The exercise works the triceps.
Triceps Brachii (Latin for "three-headed muscle of the arm").
You will be able to perform an Abdominal Crunch. The exercise works your core strength -- your Rectus Abdominis muscle in the midsection of your body.
You will be able to perform The Squat. The exercise works the entire lower body, specifically the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes (buttocks), and the calves.

Arthur's name was given by Jade Connor. Kenneth Balfour created the acronym. Arthur is X-Files meets Worzel Gummidge: an alien-robot hybrid that cares and also has the strength to protect.

This course is aimed at the beginner. This is your starting block. You do not have to go to gym. You do not have to wear jogging bottoms. All of this can be done in your own home and out and about.
The exercises on this course can be done with bodyweight or tins of baked beans and the like. The course will cover exercises that target all muscle groups and I will advise ways of increasing your daily activities to enhance your life with fitness.
I will demonstrate via voice-over and the loveable steampunk 'Arthur' -- the incorrect and the correct way to do exercises. I will inspire you. I will show you the benefits. I will give you fun dietary snippets. I will simplify and give you only what I deem necessary for the beginner. I will also share with you my favourite inspirational quotes and I will endeavour to entertain you.
After completion of this course, you will have a solid foundation. If you choose to join a gym, you will notice that you already understand the concepts and the rest will come easily.
I have been training my body for over 30 years. I have a B.A.W.L.A Leaders Award for the teaching of weight-training. Also, you pick up a lot in three decades. Help me, help you.
