The first of The Three Clear Paths, “Attunement to Being” aligns our lives with Spirit, the original fountainhead of all our energy, consciousness, and love. Through shamanic tools, we learn how to tap into this wellspring to enhance well-being in our daily lives.
“Keys” are insights that greatly improve the effectiveness of our practices. For instance, for “Attunement to Being,” by laying aside ego and reason, we allow intuition, feelings, and heart to come into play, which in turn allows the wisdom and insights of the Universe to flow into us. Other important keys are discussed.
