Art of Leading Circle: Fill, Lead & Grow a Women's Circle

This is a short section overview video explaining what we will be covering in section 2 of The Art of Leading Circle.

In this module, I discuss how you will set up your container, your space for women in your circle to feel safe and listened to, as well as how important intentions are to your circle.

In this video, I go into the masculine aspect of the container, or the structural components you need to put in place to hold the intention you set forth. This module covers the 7 specific structural elements of circle.

This module answers some of the most frequently asked questions about circle structures and also covers some of the nuances to help you create a container that allows women to go deep.

In module 5, we're going to get into the feminine and dive into all the energetics of your circle - who you’re being and the space that you're holding as the facilitator to create authentic connections and falling in love with the women in your circle.

In this module, I am introducing you to one of the four main feminine leadership archetypes, the Mother. We will be discussing her in detail and how you embody her to help people feel seen, heard, and valued.

What are you supposed to do when your circle is over? Once you complete your circle, it’s really important that you carve out the time and space for integration and get feedback from your circle members. In this module, we go into the steps to care for yourself and gain feedback from your participants.

In this module, I am introducing you to another of the four main feminine leadership archetypes, the Priestess. The Priestess is the keeper of the temple. She is the sacred space holder for circle. She is the one who performs rituals. We also go over the 3 steps to create sacredness.

In modules 9, 10, and 11, we're going to talk about leading and being the example. In each one, we’ll cover one of the three things we specifically want to model in the new model of feminine leadership. In module 9, we’ll talk about vulnerability and truth-telling. If you want to create a deep, authentic container and you want women to really have a transformation, it starts with you and your own vulnerability.

In modules 9, 10, and 11, we're going to talk about leading and being the example. In each one, we’ll cover one of the three things we specifically want to model in the new model of feminine leadership. In module 10, we discuss co-creative leadership and embracing the new model of collaboration and co-creation. We also go over 7 ways you can have the women in your circle take ownership so you aren’t doing it all yourself, creating more engagement and ease.

In modules 9, 10, and 11, we're going to talk about leading and being the example. In each one, we’ll cover one of the three things we specifically want to model in the new model of feminine leadership. In module 11, we address the law of receiving and how receiving is different and separate from taking. I also give you 3 ways to practice being open to receiving.

In this module, I’m going to share with you my number one tip for selecting a hot topic for your circle, as well as a powerful resource if you struggle with coming up with your circle outlines. We’ll also talk about the three things you can add in to make your circles more engaging.

In this module, I am introducing you to another of the four main feminine leadership archetypes, the Wise Woman. The Wise Woman acts as a guide for tapping into your intuition and I will take you through a meditation for connecting with your inner Wise Woman. We’ll also discuss the skill of tuning into the energy flow in the circle and learning how to appropriately respond to keep the circle connected.

In this module, we are going to discuss when you should follow your predetermined circle outline and when you may need to go rogue and listen to your intuition to guide you. We’ll talk about what you do if your outline isn't quite a match and isn't actually serving what's happening in the space and how to adapt.

We end section 2 by discussing how to close out your own circle and closing rituals. We’ll specifically talk about your closing ceremony and how it should include connection, takeaways, and a closing ritual.

This is a short module going over what to expect in section 3 of The Art of Leading Circle. We talk about clarifying your why, having confidence when putting yourself out there, and making a commitment to starting your circle. I’ll also discuss the #1 obstacle most women face when stepping into their leadership and introduce you to the 5 step process to start and fill your circle.

In this module, we’ll work on clarifying your why so you can call in the women who energetically resonate with the intention of your circle. You want to magnetize like-minded women and inspire them with your vision. We’ll also talk about what happens when you start focusing on your own desires instead of everyone else’s.

In this module, we’re going to dive into step 2 of how to fill and grow your circle, which is to envision, meaning to clearly set your intention. Intentions are incredibly important, so I’ll give you the 4 specific steps I take to set my intention and send it out into the collective unconsciousness of women like a smoke signal.

This module is all about you making a real and public commitment to your circle. Once you get clear on your why and your intention, it’s time to really commit by finalizing the actual details of your circle.

In this module, we cover step number four in filling your circle, which is to share and promote it and invite women in. I will also share 7 tips for manifesting your circle sisters and the 3 specific action steps you need to take to share your circle.

This module is about the final step in the process to fill your circle: Preparation. I’ll share checklists to help you set up your space and feel prepared and ready to lead your first circle and walk you through each part of setting up your space from decor to scents to seating.

Module 7 is the most frequently asked questions I receive about the dates and times for your circle. We also discuss how much lead time you should give yourself to promote and share your circle before the date of your event.

It’s time to talk about money! Some women feel a block or resistance to the idea of charging money for leading circles, but I am going to share with you WHY you should and also talk about three different types of circles and how to accept payment.

In this module, we’ll discuss finding a venue to host your circle. I give you 4 steps to find a venue and also answer some frequently asked questions about venues.

Module 10 is all about limiting beliefs many women have when learning to facilitate circle. We go over the three most limiting beliefs that get in the way of filling your circle and how to avoid them, and 5 important tips to keep in mind when sharing and promoting your circle to others.

In this final module of section 3, I go over some of what Sistership Circle can provide you and how we can support you in your journey to become a circle facilitator.

This final section is for you to get all the information you need to keep growing your circles after you successfully led your first one. This section is packed full with deep content so this is definitely the one you’ll want to keep referring back to once you complete the program because it serves as a great resource as you move forward in being a circle facilitator.

In this module, we talk about how you can keep the momentum going after leading your first circle and the plan of action to take so you don’t fall off and lose sight of your vision. I will also share my three-step plan to create 6 monthly gatherings to keep you moving forward. We also discuss SMART goals and how to use them for planning your next 6 months of circles.

In this module, I talk to you about why you don’t have to do it all by yourself and how collaboration and co-creative leadership helps your circle grow faster. I give you the 4 things you need to do to bring on a collaboration partner and specific examples of how to ask other women to collaborate with you.

In this module, we go over a checklist of different sources of burnout and what to do about it along with nine example problem scenarios and their solutions.

In this module, I am introducing you to another of the four main feminine leadership archetypes, the Queen. I discuss embodying a sovereign good queen, a radiant queen, a woman who is coming from her heart space and serving because she is so filled up and she feels that embodiment and serves from her heart outward. To lift other people’s energy. I’ll also talk about the clearing process.

In this module, I go into the idea of building community with your circle and address the four stages of community and you as the facilitator are an integral part of the community-building process.

In Module 7, I am going into detail and explaining why you should charge money for your circle and why it is important for you to value your time, effort, commitment, and holding the container for others monetarily. I discuss 5 specific reasons charging money makes sense and helps you build supplemental income.

This module dives into the official Sistership Circle business model and how you can apply some of it to your circle to make money and help women heal, transform, and become part of a beautiful sisterhood. I go over the 4 stages of the business model and how you can increase your income, impact, and sphere for influence through circle facilitation.

This module is all about you. To grow your circles, you need to grow yourself. I talk about the 7 most sensitive topics and how important vulnerability is to circle, then go into 7 ways you can take your circle even deeper and create a more transformative experience.

In this module, I talk about conflict resolution and keeping your circle healthy and thriving. I’ll go over 3 things which can crack the container and cause the circle to fall apart and a step-by-step process to help you resolve conflicts that come up in your circle. Conflict is a natural part of community building and you need to know how to deal with it.

In this module, I talk about you needing to go deeper into your own personal healing because ultimately, the circles we are talking about are transformational circles. Circle is a mirror and while you need to grow in order for your circle to grow, then so must you be able to dig deep to allow your circle to deepen. I’ll go over 7 things you personally can work on to go deeper in your personal healing.

In Module 12, I discuss the cycles of circle. When we honor the seasons, when we honor the cycle of life, it creates more flow in our circles. You must learn to allow the life and death cycles of your circle. I also go over leading a formal completion ceremony and what conscious completion is.

In this final module, I recap some of what you have learned throughout the Art of Leading Circle and personally lead you through a short completion ceremony.
