Overall the course was pretty good considering the chronology of topics, science behing it and the logic, however I feel there could have been lot more to learn if many more pastry topics like mille fuille, croissants etc. were covered and if the cake assembly also included side coats and various types of icings on cupcakes. It was great to learn from you and the pointers are really helpful Thank you:)
