Unleash creative powers in the present moment.
Living in the present moment by intentional attention is what brings you out of your state of constant distraction that this world has created around us. The way of living in the moment is the state of total absorption that psychologists refer to as flow. Flow occurs when you are so engrossed in a task that you lose track of everything else around you.
In this lesson we will bring awareness to the present feelings that reside within first using the guided meditation. Then we will let our feelings take the form of expressions through mindful watercolor art creation. This mindful practice will teach you to be in the moment and use this awareness in your everyday life for an exuberant, more empathetic and more secure self.

Acceptance of failure are seeds of growth.
Failure and fault are weaved together in our belief system taught by society and culture that taught us at some point that admitting failure means taking the blame. Whether it be in a relationship, at a job, or even attempting to learn a new skill. Yet despite how common failure is, we often hide it, shun it or give up what we failed at and inadvertently lose our opportunity to grow from it.
This lesson will bring your awareness to accept failures and blocks as learning steps first through a guided meditation. Then with creative expression of balancing rocks, we learn to see through and balance our emotions at times of failures and replace them with compassion, acceptance and use them as seeds of growth. Leaving you with tools of mindful approach towards and roadblocks in your daily life.

A reflective self keeps thoughts, emotions and actions in check for positive growth.
When we are stressed or anxious we can get caught up inn negative thoughts, and relate it to past experience or future projections. Our body may then feel tense, emotional hijack might cause you to get angry or frustrated and a complete shutdown of mental state might also take place. Calming your mind and mindfully applying some practices will help to take control of emotions and physical body changes for overall well being.
In this lesson, we use grounding meditation to connect us with the universe and we tap into the Gai's (Mother Earth) energy to calm our inner and outer presence. Using watercolors, we then paint flowers that remind us of delicate, soothing, soft texture and helps us visualize and bring to senses the colors and fragrances to calm our being.
