How would you like to learn from a 2x European Champion, a 10x World Medalist, and a 2x Olympic athlete who has been awarded the title of the world's best archer? If your answer is yes, take a peek at what awaits you inside. And if your answer is no, I still encourage you to check it out—perhaps the content in the video will change your mind.

I have been engaged in archery for 17 years. As an athlete who is a European champion and a world medalist, I will share my experiences from both a coach's and an athlete's perspective in this course. The technical part of the course is specific to recurve bows, but the fitness, mental training, and various training methods are suitable for all types of bows.
There are 45 modules waiting for you inside. It’s really important to listen carefully to the introductions. Understanding why we do what we do will improve your awareness in archery and help expand your training methods. In the first part, we’ll focus on technique. If you follow the training methods I recommend, you’ll notice progress really fast. Remember, everyone has a different body anatomy, so there’s no one “perfect” technique. I’ll help you find the one that works best for *your* body. We’ll also dive into the mental game, which is the key to mastering archery. You’ll learn methods that will help you stay calm during competitions and allow you to train for archery even outside of regular shooting practice. In another section, I’ll show you archery-specific fitness routines and explain which muscle groups play the biggest role in this sport. I’ll also suggest alternative exercises that target the same muscle groups. In the next part, I’ll talk about training methods that will help you adapt to different weather conditions since archery is an outdoor sport. Lastly, I’ll guide you through creating your own training program.
