잘하다: 좋고 훌륭하게 하거나 익숙하고 솜씨가 있게 함
못하다: 어떤 일을 수준에 이르지 못함이나 그 일을 할 능력이 없음
The pattern "잘하다" means "be good at (something)" which is an expression to do something in an excellent and successful way or in a skilled and experienced manner.
The pattern "못하다" means "be unable to do" which is an expression to fail to make a certain work reach a certain level or to not own the ability to do so.
[가능성・능력] 42. V-을 수 있다/없다
V-을 수 있다: 행동이나 상태가 가능함을 말할 때
V-을 수 없다: 행동이나 상태가 가능하지 않음을 말할 때
The pattern "V-을 수 있다" means "can" which is an expression used to indicate that the act or state mentioned in the preceding statement is possible.
The pattern "V-을 수 없다" means "cannot" which is an expression used to indicate that the incident of the preceding statement is impossible.

The pattern "V-을 줄 모르다" means "not to know how to (do something)" which is an expression used to indicate that one does not know how to do a certain thing.

말하는 사람이 주어의 상황을 추측하며 질문할 때
The pattern "A/V-을까요? ②" means "will" which is an expression used by the speaker to guess and ask about something not happening yet, or unknown.

The pattern "A-아 보이다" means "It seems (that)" which is an expression used to indicate that one feels or guesses something by the appearance of something mentioned in the preceding statement.

The pattern "A/V-을지도 모르다" means "might (be)"' which is used to speculate on the preceding content.
