Description of a planned product, its existing contents and the contents to prepare before drafting the support application
The course outlines, by way of example, how to collect the data needed to file a support application, and how to include the collected data within the appropriate WORD form and EXCEL budget file. Then, the course shows how to file the application on the website of the Israeli Innovation Authority(iIA). The first lecture details the abilities and preparations needed to be ready to file an application from the program Tnufa of the IIA. In addition, the instructor presents himself as an inventor, scientist, patent attorney and past evaluator for the IIA. Also, the formal requirements from a corporation that wants to apply are presented. The second lecture describes a specific exemplary project, the equatorial sundial, that the inventor suggests to natural museums, public gardens, and yards of private houses. The third lecture lists tasks needed to develop a prototype of the sundial, and their costs. The fourth lecture teaches how to incorporate tasks and costs in the application files. The fifth lecture shows filling out the rest of the WOED application file. The sixth lecture lists the additional document that the applicant should append to the application files. The last lecture deals with the filing of the application in the website of the IIA.
