This online workshop teaches you the basic principles of applied kinesiology, the background of how this method got developed and how it can help you life a better life.

You learn how to do self-testing with applied kinesiology and how to use this method, to see which kind of diet, foods, sleep and sport support your energyflow and wellbeing best. You also learn how to get creative and use this method for other factors like massages, sauna etc..


In this course you will learn 3 easy methods to test yourself energetically.

The course teachings can be used in your everyday life. For example you can use the testing when you go grocery shopping and want to know what foods are best for you energetically at this moment. You can also use this method if you want to feel energetic throughout the day or if you  want to know what diet would be helpful to reach your body goals.

Your teacher Anna is a trained physiotherapist, pilates instructor and total health and wellness geek who got to know applied kinesiology because of her own health challenges. She teaches from the heart and absolutely loves how simple and powerful applied kinesiology is.
