This one is about changing the emotional effects of a bad decisions that you've made, one you wish you hadn't. It can help the subconscious to clear that mistake and remove the fear of moving forwards.

This process is detailed. Best play it through before attempting it. The coursebook contains a step by step outlie and diagrams to help. It is a very useful process to master however, that can really help you heal the past and negative emotional themes that stand in your way. I use it a lot.

This process allows your inner guidance to step up and show you how it looks, to achieve that desired state of being

A very useful technique to envisage a desired result and instruct your subconscious mind to achieve it; or to tell your subconscious mind to stop certain thought processes

When you've heard or been told negative things about yourself, you can use this technique to change the way that you feel about those hurtful words

When you see yourself in a negative way, you can change your interpretation of yourself by swapping that image for a positive one

This technique analyses the elements of your negative feeling, eg anxiety, and replaces each element to transform your experience into the desired state. Great for addressing the anxiety feeling itself, rather than the story.

A highly useful technique for breaking emotional and energetic bonds with others who you either have a negative relationship with; or just when you need your own space.

When you need to feel protected from external influences, you can create a mental boundary that creates an energetic space of safety, calm, or whatever you need.

Much of society is suffering from psychologically-based conditions. At any one time, 4% of the global population are experiencing anxiety (World Health Organisation). This course is for you if you have anxiety, feel, phobic, suffering from panic attacks, reactive depression and more. There are actions that you can take for yourself in order to change that story and move forwards.

This course is designed for people of normal mental functioning. It is not designed for severe forms of mood disorder, such as psychotic conditions or suicidal tendencies; nor should it be used in cases where it contradicts the advice of a medical professional.
