Hey, i'm Sean!
I've had social anxiety throughout all of my years in high school and in college and after finishing school and entering the job force I realized that during all of those years I was so focused on improving in video games that I never took the time or even thought about improving my actual skills in my day to day life.
When I entered the job force I noticed how bad my social anxiety actually was and I couldn't stand being in constant fear of every interaction I had at work and with strangers. I was so distracted by the video games that I never knew that I even had anxiety, I thought those feelings were normal in everyday life.
Thankfully my job allows me the freedom and opportunity to use headphones as I work and because of this I was determined to figure out how I can overcome these intense feelings of social anxiety.
After several years of listening to countless researches, psychologists, scientists, gurus, yogis, and podcasts, and trying out many different things, I finally found out exactly what I was looking for. The information I found along with my past experiences put everything into a different perspective for me that literally began to dissolve my symptoms and sensations of anxiety. Each day my symptoms were weakening during my interactions with others, and this effect compounded when I started becoming more confident in conversations with women and high ranking employees.
Everything I have learned over the years that led me to this incredible understanding of my mind and how anxiety works has been put as best as I could into my Anxiety Blueprint Course.
