Hello and welcome to this course on animal communication for beginners!
The two-person team taking you through this course is Zoe Henderson, a professional animal communicator and energy healer, as well as Tamara Pitelen, a trainee animal communicator who will be learning the ropes along with you.
Zoe Henderson has been communicating with and healing animals since for as long as she can remember, certainly since she was a small child. She says that communicating with the animal world is something that has brought immense joy and fun into her life.
Tamara Pitelen, on the other hand, is a complete beginner to animal communication. So you and she will be doing this course together as Zoe takes you both from zero to hero on animal communication. Along with Tamara, you will be learning the techniques and doing the practise together.
So who is this course for? It's for all animal lovers, be they wild animals, domesticated or living in captivity. It's for those wanting to open up their psychic channels and gain a more profound understanding of this universe, this world, and of themselves.
This is your opportunity to learn how to connect to the animal world and communicate with them telepathically. All animals can talk to each other and to us, but it is not in words as we know them, it is through feelings, images and movies. They connect to us through their soul and heart.
In this course, you will learn the essentials of telepathic animal communication. You do not need any experience or special abilities. Anyone can do this. The ability to do this is your natural birth right. Humans once communicated like this naturally but as our species has become more and more disconnected from the natural world, this ability has become dormant in most people.
You will learn what animal communication is and what it is not. And you will learn how to use all your senses in this communication. Zoe is going to teach you how to prepare for communication with techniques to quiet the mind, and she will teach you a simple 6 step process for engaging in communication with any animal, be it your friend’s rabbit, a wild pigeon in your garden, farm animals in a paddock, or a chimpanzee in a wildlife sanctuary. You will learn how to talk to your pets and other animals, hear and feel the messages they are giving to you. Feel and see what is going on in their bodies and their minds.
We’ll also be addressing the main obstacles and challenges that people encounter when they first begin trying to communicate, these are mainly the fear that you’re just making it up and the fear that you just won’t get anything, radio silence in other words.
In the last lessons, we’ll look at how you can support animals who are ill or dying, and along the way Zoe will share anecdotes of animals she's communicated with over her career.
So take a moment to congratulate yourself for buying this course, for taking interest in this and investing your time, effort and money to it. Why might you want to have this ability? Maybe you already work with animals and so being able to communicate would greatly enhance your work; perhaps you want to know your own animals better and resolve any behavioural issues or physical conditions; or perhaps you’d like to be a professional animal communicator.
Regaining your ability to telepathically communicate with all kinds of animals - from domestic pets like cats and dogs, to wild animals, to marine life, to insects… will bring you boundless joy and revelation.
Awakening your ability to communicate with animals will transform you in the most wonderful ways because the truth is that it is we humans who would benefit the most if we regained the ability to communicate with the natural world and again live our lives, and build our societies, in a way that respects the cycles and rhythms of the natural world.
Regaining the ability for interspecies telepathic communication may be at the heart of saving the planet and humanity, not to mention the thousands of species that humanity’s actions are seeing become extinct every year. By undertaking animal communication, you are helping give them a much needed voice.
Now, you may be wondering if animal communication is just a clever way of reading their body language. No, it has nothing to do with that. This is the work of an animal behaviourist, it is wonderful work, don’t get us wrong but it is not the type of interspecies telepathic communication that we are talking about.
Simply put, intuitive or telepathic communication between humans and other species is the transfer of mental images and movies, physical sensations, words, and emotions.
And this is a natural ability that we all have - we’ve just forgotten how to use it. Humans used to consider communication with other species as the most natural thing in the world, we knew we were guardians and protectors of the natural world but a few thousand years ago, we lost this ability - no doubt a result of telling ourselves we were ‘better’ than nature and nature was ours to use and abuse at our convenience. No longer guardians, now we considered ourselves the masters of every other species on the planet, and the planet herself.
Humans have become disconnected from the natural world. So much so, that we’ve convinced ourselves of the illusion that we are separate somehow from this planet. We’ve forgotten that we are animals, and that we are an intrinsic part of life on this planet, and profoundly connected and dependent on the health of this planet and all its lifeforms.
We were not always so disconnected from the animal and plant world. This disconnection is a relatively recent thing of the past 3000 or so years. As humans, we have existed in a form similar to the form we now take for about 200,000 years and for most of those millennia, we used our natural ability to communicate telepathically with other species and so lived alongside these other creatures in harmony. This is how our ancestors knew which plants could be used to heal which sicknesses – because the plants told them. And many indigenous cultures still do communicate with, and have a reverence for the natural world, for example the native Americans and the Aborigines of Australia, as well as tribes in Africa and South America. Telepathic communication with animals is not only possible, it is a dormant ability that we are all born with but humans have forgotten how to use it.
It is our dearest, most heartfelt wish that we humans remember that we are an intrinsic part of the natural world, as much an ‘animal’ of this planet as are the lions, the elephants, the dogs, the squirrels… and every other sentient being that lives on Earth.
This is why we are so excited by the rise in interest in animal communication for it has the potential to shift consciousness and profoundly change the way we, humans, live in the world.
We suggest you work methodically through this course, complete each lesson and exercises before moving to the next one as there is a progression designed to gently and slowly open up your intuitive pathways.
One last thing before you watch the Welcome video, we will not be using the word ‘owner’ in this course if we can avoid it; we do not believe humans have the right to think we ‘own’ an animal. Animals are not products or things, they are sentient beings with their own souls, their life purpose and connection to the Divine.
What’s the difference between a human and an animal?
"Thinkers have long pondered what separates man from animals, This has been long studied and a long list of qualities that are supposedly specific to man , eg ability to have abstract thought, the ability to make tools… the list has melted away...it’s actually very difficult to find anything that really separates humans and animals.
"The closer we look at animals, the more we see they can do everything we can, for example empathy was something that we thought animals did not have, but in fact scientific research has shown that even rats have empathy for each other; they are very social animals. In one experiment, rats preferred to free one of their own that was caught in a trap, rather than pursue treats..." – Anthropologist Jeremy Narby
Let’s start at the very beginning, when animals came onto earth. They got it right! All the wild animals, in different countries of wilderness, jungle, mountains, countryside of all types, ice-lands and deserts. Their instinct and communication with other animals and nature, gave them all the information they needed for survival and nurturing their own families.
They get messages from the trees, the wind, the temperature, the sounds, the smells, and the feelings. Wildlife have high intuition and communicate telepathically to the whole of nature and wildlife, be it a mouse or an elephant to each or others. They still do! We did, but slowly we lost it.
Look how the birds gather up for migration, the seals know when they have to leave their place, the bees know how to build a hive with the queen giving instructions to the soldiers. Communication is the key as they march in order for the building of their hives.
When there is danger and animals have to flee, the message is passed around to all them. Animals can provide information that other animals can incorporate into their decision making. The vehicle for the provision of this information is a signal. Which may be a sound, colour pattern, posture, movement, electrical discharge, touch, release of an odour, or a combination of these mediums.
Regaining the ability to communicate with other species is vital for humanity. And your learning to do this isn’t just some fun and amusing party trick, this is a beautiful, transformative and profound path you’re choosing to step forward on.
The benefits of learning how to communicate with the animals are unlimited but here are a few
To creating a beautiful bond between us and our animal friends.
To finding our strengths and weaknesses.
To give each other confidence in whatever we are doing.
To teach us many emotional lessons of love, accepting and trust.
To confide in each-other with our hidden secrets!
To feel as one, as our souls and hearts entwine.
To be able to help each-other with different problems.
To mentally tune in to each other to heal distress and sadness.
To tune in to their bodies and see a problem
To tune into to see where they feel a discomfort.
To hear them when they are asking for help.
To be able to speak their language to understand their needs.
To heal each other physically and mentally.
To love and be loved, unconditionally.
But that’s not all, there is a lot at stake here. Animal communication could be at the heart of the survival of the planet and of humans as a species because the way we are going is not leading to a good place. Yet, if we reconnected to the natural world, the rates of mental illness and lifestyle diseases currently plaguing the human species would all but disappear.
RECONNECTION
We were not always so disconnected from the animal and plant world. This disconnection is a relatively recent thing of the past 3000 or so years. As humans, we have existed in a form similar to the form we now take for about 200,000 years and I believe that for most of those millennia, we used our natural ability to communicate telepathically with other species and so lived alongside these other creatures in harmony.
Although in some respects, this ‘forgetting’ may have been deliberate and convenient. Because if we knew for sure that animals felt exactly the same emotions as we did; if we knew they felt sadness and joy, hurt, trauma and pain, and if we knew they had hopes and dreams just like us, then we could not so easily use them like the chattel that we have been. We could not keep them in the concentration camps we call intensive or factory farming. We could not torture them for pharmaceutical development or for the cosmetic industry. We could not keep them prisoners in zoos or cages or aquariums for our entertainment. We can only carry out these indefensible horrors because we can tell ourselves that animals do not feel or think like humans. We tell ourselves that the earth and everything on it is here for our convenience to use and abuse as we see fit.
And where has that got us? Putting aside the incalculable and horrific suffering caused to all kinds of creatures, we have also heaped suffering upon ourselves as well and this is showing up as global pandemics of illness, from the spread of obesity and diabetes to the proliferation of ever more deadly viruses. It all comes back to the unnatural ways we are living. We are eating fake and artificial foods, we are breathing toxic air, we are drinking polluted waters, we are imprisoning ourselves inside four walls where we spend hours gazing at screens - work computers, tablets, phones, televisions, laptops, and so on. This unnatural behaviour is killing us.
FINDING OUR WAY BACK
This is why the rise in interest in telepathic animal communication is so desperately important. The more people who really communicate with animals; who listen to their concerns and understand their feelings, then the more the consciousness of humanity will awaken and shift. And the species that will benefit most from this shift is us, the humans. And if we do not, then we will continue to get sicker in every way. We will continue to see pandemics run rampant through our populations, pandemics of obesity, depression, diabetes, cancers, dementia, viruses… and more. These conditions are symptoms of our disconnection from the natural world and its rhythms. They will not be resolved until we remember who we really are, until we reconnect back to our natural selves, and end the senseless consumerism that is seeing us destroy our planetary home. As a species, we are lost. The natural world can help us find our way out of this mess, if we are willing to listen.
This course is all about communication but how does this communication take place?
First off, animal communication is a completely natural skill. You were born with the ability to intuitively communicate with other species in the animal kingdom. The problem with us humans is that we’ve become overly dependent on verbal language. We’ve lost our non verbal communication skills along the way.
Animal communication is intuitive communication. It does not need verbal language because it is so much richer than that. We have become too dependent on verbal language and too fond of intellect over emotion. This has been to our detriment as a species, it has caused our intuitive abilities to shrink. But the good news is that, just like a muscle, you can build up your intuitive powers simply by training them regularly and consistently. In this course, we’ll be reigniting and rebuilding your intuitive muscle.
But how does intuitive or telepathic communication actually work? Humans are guilty of dismissing this ability as some kind of weird, woo woo, new age silliness. If you could show a television to someone in the 5th century, that would seemed magical and impossible.
All of us are born with natural intuition, it is simply a name for how we take information from the outside world via our senses and process it into data that we can use to make our lives better… it is our inner tutor, our inner guidance system, like an inbuilt radar.
We are all energy, are we not?
Your physical and energetic bodies are constantly monitoring your environment and instantly adjusting your internal chemistry as appropriate to keep you alive and safe. Every square millimetre of your skin is constantly relaying data to your brain about, say, whether it’s dark or light, about any nearby threats (like an angry boss) or opportunities (a buffet dinner), and the temperature of your external environment.
And your body-brain acts accordingly. If it’s dark outside, it releases melatonin to help you sleep; if your boss is angry, it will release cortisol into your system to make you alert and responsive to her demands.
If the temperature plummets, your brain and body respond by making you shiver to create heat. Alternatively, if the temperature soars, your body-brain releases fluids - in the form of sweating - to cool you down.
Intuition works on the same principle. Subtle information is received via your senses.
The reason the concept of intuition gets dismissed by so many is because this information transfer is taking place below the conscious level. But it’s thanks to our invaluable intuition that we can, for example, get a hunch about something, or we might get a bad vibe off someone we’ve just met. For reasons we just can’t put our finger on, we don’t trust them.
Where does this gut feeling come from? It’s because you are subconsciously picking up information about this person through all your senses. And this information is being processed by your brain and then delivering messages to you via various sensations, for example, a tightening in your stomach.
Intuition is also at play when you think of a friend you haven’t seen in a while and then they call or message you a day or so later. This is because you have sent out a thought form to them, or vice versa, and that thought form has travelled through time and space to reach them.
We humans having brains, we think, and every thought or feeling has an electromagnetic consequence in our brain, synapses fire, there are brainwave emissions, and these really have a frequency that can be perceived by any other aspects of the universe that tunes into us. Much like a cell phone tower that is constantly emitting waves, we are walking through life constantly emitting waves. So connecting to other species is about connecting from the heart, which has a huge electro magnetic field. It’s about connecting from a place of kinship and recognition, other animals are already tuned in, we modern humans have simply forgotten we have this ability and have become overly focused on spoken word.
For the sake of understanding telepathic communication, all we need to understand is that information can be passed from one mind to another via images, physical sensations, taste, smell, and sounds. Like the sending of a message down a telegraph wire. Animal communication is the non-verbal exchange of energy and information between different species, just like a silent conversation.
So where are these telegraph wires leading us to. Where are we going? Whereabouts and how far into the universe can we reach? From mouth to ear, human to human, animal to animal, turtles to whales, bees to caterpillars, rocks to stones, trees to flowers, country to country, planet to planet, thought to thought, whisper to whisper?
With all of the above and more, we can move through the circuit of the universal network as free as a pigeon with a poignant and healing message tied to her foot.
Anything is possible when you’re working with energy, from peace of mind to healing the body. From minor imbalances to major ailments, bringing something impossible to arrive at a miracle.
Animals are the teachers to all of humanity. They were born to live their lives and show us the way in many examples of family behaviour, values and emotions. They teach us lessons of survival, hunting, freedom, nurturing, unconditional love and many more qualities in equal measure.
It's time to prepare you for communication. In this video, you will get a brief introduction to the six simple steps we go through to establish a telepathic connection with an animal. As well, you will learn how important it is to prepare yourself mentally for communication through cultivating a calm mind and being able to bring yourself fully into the present moment. This is because it is very important that we are sympathetically on the same energetic level as the animal. You will go through a simple breathing exercise that will bring you into the present moment.
An animal is not going to want to communicate with us if they feel any sense of superiority or any sense of threat, fear or nervousness from us. It’s crucial for animals to feel that the environment in which the communication is taking place is non-threatening and equal.
Why is the present moment so important? It's where animals live. They do not constantly angst about the past or their struggles, nor do they worry about the future. They’re in the moment, they’re in the now.
To create this feeling of being in the present moment, we will do a short breathing exercise in this upcoming video
Here are the simple steps that we’ll be going through in more detail in the lessons to follow:
First remember to always always always speak to animals from your heart - this is communication between souls, between equals.
1. Clear the mind: Take some time to quieten and still the mind by closing your eyes and taking some slow deep breaths.
2. Create a heart to heart connection: Bring the animal you wish to communicate with to mind. Feel your heart fill with love for the animal. In your mind, repeat, 'I love you' and imagine your love flowing from you in a beam of light and filling their heart, surrounding their whole body in your love.
3. Relay your intention: Be clear that it's your intention to communicate with the animal.
4. Ask permission and build trust: Ask if they would be willing to communicate with you (be understanding if they say 'now's not a good time, I'm hunting, maybe later...' or similar)
5. Ask and listen: If they're willing to chat, ask what you want to know. If you're practising as a beginner, start with simple questions like 'what's your favourite toy?', or 'what do you like to do for fun?', 'what's your favourite food?' Let images, thoughts, knowings, physical sensations such as tastes and smells, come to your mind and body. For extra help with this, download and do the lemon visualisation exercise in this section. Don't dismiss anything. Choose to believe a communication took place.
6. Thank you and goodbye: Thank the animal for communicating and send them a loving 'goodbye for now' thought. Most of all, send the animal your love and respect.
If you've never tried this before, do not be disheartened if it doesn't seem to work. Just like any muscle, your telepathic muscle needs practise and training. You would not expect to go to the gym for the first time and do 20 repetitions of lifting a heavy weight, no, you build up your muscle strength with regular practise, patience and persistence,
THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEARING YOURSELF
The first step in engaging in communication with an animal is self-clearing.
The best way to clear your head and quiet your minds is meditation, or going out into nature for a walk. Or meditating in nature, which is even better. Get all your negative thoughts and your problems out of your head. This grounding meditation will help get you into the right headspace and the more you do it, the more you'll be able to switch into this state in an instant.
It is vital to clear yourself before you communicate with your animal friends, otherwise you have the danger of transferring your problems on to them. Our animals will literally take on the energy of our stress and anxiety to lighten our load. Don’t forget that they know and can read everything that is going on in your head, and they feel your feelings. So it is important to empty your thoughts. Also it is important when you are helping them and healing them that you keep positive thoughts in your mind.
When you speak with them, you don’t need to speak out loud, you can transfer your thoughts and questions to them. Listening to them is vital. What do you hear in their minds? Listen, listen, listen.
The answers that you get, will come in forms of words in thoughts, images, colours or movies. Above all, you get the feelings of the visions that are being transmitted to you.
Once you are totally clear in your head and thinking of nothing but the task you are on, healing starts. If there is a physical or mental problem that you know about, you concentrate on the healing taking place and follow the process of the problem and healing to the final vision of being healed.
You don’t concentrate on the problem; you concentrate on the process of it being healed. At the same time, you can run a documentary of the process to your animal friend so that he or she see the steps to recovery actually happening.
Animals communicate through their souls and their hearts, with love.
The pictures and words will be clearly conveyed to us.
PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
Animals love having conversations with you. You can sit with them and just chat away. Ask them what their favourite food is, their favourite toy, who is their favourite person in the household etc.
Find out if they are happy, see if you can do more for them, what do they want to talk to you about?
Then you just listen. They will then show you words, patterns, colours or you will feel instinctively what their answer is.
We were all born with the ability to telepathically communicate. Before we could speak, we tuned into our parents telepathically, sound by sound, feelings by feelings, visions by visions and arrived at the 'knowings' until eventually we got it! The vocabulary of words including the knowledge and feelings within them.
As children we communicated freely with our parents and siblings. We automatically picked up the energies of animals and angels. We could easily converse with all of them, without communicating through voice. That was our birth right.
How many times in past days, did the children ask their mother to lay a place at the table for their special friend? How often did your children say that they were playing with that friend? That friend was very real to them. How often do you hear little children talking to their dogs or cats and asking questions and getting the answer? That was very real.
As we get older though, we get used to verbalising our thoughts and words, and we lose the ability to listen and hear the words conveyed through our thoughts. Telepathic skills are diminished. However, we can indeed go back into the memory bank and start again.
With regular practice on a daily basis we can reconnect with our animals and wildlife of all kinds. Go into nature and talk with the birds. Go to the zoo and talk to the lions. The secret is to listen, listen, listen. Then you will get it!
This step is about generating a feeling of deep love for the animal and connecting from your heart to their heart.
Surround your animal and yourself in a white clear bubble of love and protection, so that negative energies cannot enter. You can also ask your angels for help. Whenever I have an animal in front of me to heal, I always ask my angels to come in and help me. If you can imagine it, you can create it, with love and healing.
If possible, look into the eyes of your animal. Connect heart to heart soul to soul.
Breathe Slowly count to four as you inhale through your nose, then slowly count to four or higher as you exhale through your nose. Four counts in, four or more counts out. Do this three times at least. Then connect. Imagine a beam of light going from your heart to the animal's heart. This light goes back and forth between your hearts. Perhaps this light forms a figure eight between your hearts. Heart to heart, soul to soul.
This pure unconditional love is the most powerful energy in the universe. It works miracles.
I remember once I was called out to heal a horse that was in real trouble. His guardian rang me in total despair. It was hard to take in everything that she was saying on the phone as it was garbled, amongst her fits of crying.
She was in such a state, and understandably it sounded like a life or death situation. She said that the vets couldn’t find out what was wrong with him, and he was going downhill very quickly.
Sure enough when I arrived a few days later, the horse was in a serious way.
I was shocked when I saw him. As he looked at me, his sad eyes were pleading for help. He was skin and bone, with muscle loss, and looked as if he could hardly keep himself upright. He shuffled and pivoted in stiff pain, very wobbly, head down, and the energy around him was very low. It broke my heart to see such a forlorn creature in body, mind and spirit. We need a miracle here, I thought.
Apparently he had been struck down quite suddenly by a mysterious illness. He had seen three vets and been referred to have further tests. All were convinced cancer or something as sinister was underlying his chronic rapid muscle loss, but after every test under the sun and 12 days in equine veterinary hospital the vets were at a loss as to the root cause of the dramatic change to his once healthy and athletic body. He was like a body void of energy.
And that he was. When I put my hands on him it was like there was nothing there, no energy flow, feelings, or for that matter any problems! He felt like an empty body void of energy.
It's hard to describe as I had never had a case like this before. I felt that there was an imbalance everywhere, but it was like healing a carpet draped over skin and bones, with nothing underneath it. Like he had given up.
“Where is the problem” his guardian asked. “Everywhere” I said, “like a mind, body and spirit crash. But he will be fine” I said, and she looked at me with belief, disbelief and hope in equal measure.
It was a mystery, and all the time, whilst the healing was channelling through my hands, I asked the angels for the miracle that we needed. At the same time, I put the intent up for a complete recovery and visualised the head, body, organs, and muscles coming back to normal. With the knowing that they would.
As my hands moved around his body, I could feel his energy gradually rising and he was certainly accepting the treatment and absorbing every bit of it.
We could actually see the dramatic transformation throughout the hour. His legs stabilised, his head came up, his eyes got brighter, his ears pricked up, and he became more alert and interested in his surroundings. He was now moving around easier and with much less pain.
Day by day he got better and better, until he was back in the ménage cantering around with no problems at all.
When I first spoke with him telepathically to find out what was going on, it was like he had given up and totally emptied his body. The voices around him filled with fear and anxiety of him being so ill and not being able to find a cause, gave him more stress, until he more or less gave up and caved in. He felt forlorn and helpless. Also his guardian felt very anxious and upset, which of course he took on board also.
When doing the healing, it was important to connect to him soul to soul, heart to heart, with love and words of encouragement all the time. We spoke without words to each other just through thoughts, telepathically. Telling him all the time how beautiful he was, and how loved he was with empathy of all that what was happening with him. Reassuring him that he would be fine, and we all loved him so much.
I also had the knowing that he would recover very quickly and get back to his normal exciting life with his eventing with his guardian friend.
When I left him that day, I just knew he would be fine. I also worked on him distantly for a couple of weeks after to make sure he had come back to full health. From then on he was back to his old self and back to eventing, which he was passionate about.

So you and she will be doing this course together as Zoe takes you both from zero to hero on telepathic animal communication. Along with Tamara, you will be learning the techniques and doing the practice together.
So who is this course for? It's for all animal lovers who would like a closer connection with and deeper understanding of the animal world, whether that's wild animals, domesticated or animals living in captivity. It's for those wanting to open up their intuitive channels, develop their psychic gifts, and gain a more profound understanding of this universe, this world, and of themselves.
This is your opportunity to learn how to connect to the animal world and communicate with them telepathically. All animals can talk to each other and to us, but it is not in words as we know them, it is through feelings, images and mind movies. They connect to us through their soul and heart.
In this course, you will learn the essentials of telepathic animal communication; you will watch demonstrations of telepathic communication by Zoe, and you'll practice alongside Tamara.
Just like humans, animals are not products or things; they are sentient beings with their own souls, their life purpose and connection to the Divine.
This is why we are so excited by the rise in interest in animal communication for it has the potential to shift consciousness and profoundly change the way we, humans, live in the world.
