Posture 12 guides a back-lying sequence: inhale to bend the right knee, exhale to the chest and hold, then release; repeat on the left with a back stretch and breaths.
Lie on your back in corpse pose (Savasana) and adjust your posture. Inhale to take in positive energy, exhale to release stress and negative energies, then refocus on your breath.
Practice skull shining breath kapalbhati while sitting with folded legs and an erect spine, exhaling forcefully through the nose as the lower belly contracts, with inhalation happening naturally.

Perform alternate nostril breathing (anulom vilom) seated with an erect spine, using McGeehan mudra; inhale left, exhale right, switch sides, and continue, finishing with an exhale through the right.
This course is a blend of Ancient Yogic science, modern nutrition science & basic Ayurvedic technique. I have designed the course for Obesity or overweight to Weight loss.
The course contains guided warmups, yoga postures / Asanas, breathing exercises / pranayamas, mindfulness / dhyan as a therapeutic yoga practice to loose weight on a proper way.
along with this you will get the knowledge of nutrition science - role of nutrition in weight loss, BMI (Besal Metabolic Rate), Energy balance (positive energy balance, negative energy balance, maintenance energy balance). You can learn the right percentage of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) & micronutroents (vitamins & minerals) for the body - Balanced diet. You will also get food list of these nutrients. You will come to know the system of water intake. Also you will get the information of ayurvedic eating.
