In this short and sharp, 20-minute introduction lecture, you will be introduced to what project management is, and the different the phases that make up a successful project. If you're new to project management, this course will give you the knowledge to be able to understand about a project's lifecycle and how a project works.

We will also briefly explore the various project management methodologies that are used today, from the traditional Waterfall approach to the more modern Agile methodology. You'll gain an understanding of the principles of each methodology, and be able to recognize them is project management.
