Instructor
I am an author, speaker, and advocate dedicated to raising awareness of the serious issues men face, particularly around domestic abuse and narcissistic relationships. Formerly a CEO of a project management software firm, I shifted my focus after personal health challenges to devote my life to making a meaningful impact in this space.
Through my books, YouTube channel, and lived experience speaking engagements, I highlight the often-overlooked struggles men endure and work to promote healing, understanding, and equality for both men and women. I also provide domestic abuse coaching to help others recognize abusive patterns, navigate recovery, and rebuild their lives.
My mission is to shine a light on these critical topics, challenge stigmas, and offer resources and support to those in need.
