Sarah Haggerty, RYT-200, first tried yoga in high school, while she was part of the dance program. In college and graduate school, she used a Giam video tape of yoga whenever possible. While working as an HR Manager and Recruiter for non-profits in Washington, DC and Boston, she was finally able to attend regular classes. Attending classes in person really inspired her to want to teach her own classes. Years later, she was finally able to take her teacher training. In her teaching, she draws back on many styles and teachers. Sarah is a mom and has a whole bunch of pets at home too. She enjoys working with people and inspiring them to reach their potential.
The classes she teaches are focused on mindfulness and alignment. She is excited to share the amazing benefits of yoga with yogis of all experience levels.
