Description

This is an introductory course in Algebra.  This lecture series contains 9 video lectures and corresponding assignments with solutions on Algebra.  The main objective for this course is to develop skills in solving Linear and Quadratic equations.  Each lecture is subdivided in to different topics so that you can self learn at your own pace.  During the beginning of each lecture, you will find the downloadable files for assignments and its solutions.  I encourage each student to complete the assignment after working through video lectures.  During each lecture, I will give you few examples to practice.  You can keep yourself ready to participate in that exercise by pausing the video and practicing that example and then resume back so that I can walk you through the example.   At Math Foundation, we are interested in developing course materials which can clearly explain the fundamentals and built up the strong foundation in mathematics.  If you are a Math student, an Engineer, Scientist or just a curious student and interested in learning about the concepts in Algebra; then this course is a perfect choice.

Who this course is for:

  • Students about to take algebra class or existing students thinking of getting ahead in the class.
  • Algebra finds its applications in Engineering. So, any engineer or scientist who is dealing with equations and like to enhance their understanding could take Algebra course.
  • Students preparing for SAT, GRE and GMAT exams
