Small Butane Torch
Alcohol Inks either Pinata or Ranger Bahja Blue, Magenta, and Blanco Used in Demos.
Silicone Mold Kits
Finding Kit with Jump Rings and bails
Necklaces
Wax Paper or Plastic down on table
Level
Good Ventilation and or Organic Vapor Mask
Paper Towels
Wear Protective Gloves
Apron
Plastic Cups
Measuring cup
Craft Stick
Exacto Knife
Find Grit Sand Paper 400

*Art Resin should cure at least 24 Hours

Best to use resin in room temps of 70F.

Measure and Mixing the Art Resin5:19
In this section students will see step by step how to measure and mix Art resin. Students will have an understanding of how to make sure resin cures properly and we will cover how long students have to work with resin before it begins to cure. Attached is a Art Resin Calculator to help decide how much Art Resin one should mix. (length/wide).
Adding Alcohol Ink to tint your pendants7:14
In this lecture students will learn how to drop Alcohol Inks into their Clear resin to produce some lovely colors. You can of course choose different colors for you project.

Creating a Flat starburst pendant4:54
Now that our resin has been mixed students will learn to layers the colors to create a starburst design in a flat pendants. Be careful not to mix your colors too much at the beginning so that your colors will stay fresh and bold.
Adding the Findings or Eyelets to your pendants5:02
Now let's grab some eyelets and see how to add them to the cured piece.
Removing the pendants from the molds3:17
Students will learn the approximate time before removing the pendants from the molds. If you remove it too soon it will be more difficult to release.
We will cover a few options to make the removable a bit easier.
Finishing touches and adding the bails4:28
Using a few little tools students will add jump rings and bails to their pendants so that they can add a chain to their finished jewelry pieces.

We will be creating a few quick silicone skinny mold pendants using Alcohol Ink and Art Resin.

So excited to share with you this new course! This is a great follow up course to the First Resin jewelry course!

This new course offers an easy beginner jewelry project. I'll give you all the materials and where I purchase them. I love making these and they are a really big seller for me so I hope you enjoy it, and I can't wait to see your projects.

Resin is an amazing art medium that is so much fun to play with! In this course, you will learn how to correctly mix and tint your resin and create beautiful wearable art pieces. We will use alcohol ink to tint the molds and create some beautiful pieces.

This is a Beginner to Intermediate course for those of you that want to have fun, be creative, and get the basics on how to create these artsy pendants. Learn all my quick easy tricks and steps to create your own jewelry to wear or gift! I'll take all the scariness away from Resin and show you how to mix and to create Resin art pendants and give you the skills and materials to develop your unique jewelry pieces.
