Alchemy Intensive Shadow Work Course comprises eight units, each with its own unique shadow work theme for you to work through. Due to the nature of shadow work and the required depth and time, this course is meant to be completed over AT LEAST eight months, ideally moving through each concept and the subconcept per month.
The slower progression through the course is necessary to fully understand, integrate, and embody each new subconscious layer you will uncover. Working through the course in order is also important, as each concept and unit builds upon the last.
