Section 1: Introduction to the Course & AI
Lecture 1: Welcome & Course Overview Hi and welcome to "AI Made Easy"—your beginner's guide to AI for social media, automation, and B2B sales. I'm [Your Name], and in this course, you'll learn what AI is, how to use tools like ChatGPT and Canva, and how to save time and grow your business with automation. Let's dive in!
Lecture 2: What is AI? Explained Simply AI, or Artificial Intelligence, means machines that mimic human intelligence. It’s like having a robot friend that writes, speaks, and creates for you. Some popular tools are ChatGPT (writing), DALL·E (images), and Siri (voice). AI helps you get work done faster and smarter.
Lecture 3: Real Life Examples of AI You already use AI every day—Spotify recommendations, Google autocomplete, and voice assistants. We'll explore how ChatGPT can write posts, DALL·E can make graphics, and how these tools help people like you.
Activity: Identify AI in Your Daily Life Think about where you’ve seen AI—maybe in YouTube suggestions or autocorrect. Write down 3 tools you’ve seen or used that involve AI.
Section 2: Using AI to Create Social Media Content
Lecture 1: Writing Captions with ChatGPT Let’s make AI write social posts. Open ChatGPT and ask it: "Write 5 Instagram captions for my shoe store." Pick your favorite. You can even ask it to include emojis or target a specific audience.
Lecture 2: Making Images with DALL·E or Midjourney Now let’s create a matching image. Use a prompt like: "A pair of red sneakers on a city background, hyper-realistic." In seconds, you have a scroll-stopping graphic.
Lecture 3: Designing Posts in Canva Import your image into Canva, choose a template, paste your caption, and adjust the fonts. Canva Magic Write can even write text suggestions for you.
Assignment: Create a 3-part Instagram post Use ChatGPT for captions, DALL·E for an image, and Canva for design. Upload your results.
Section 3: Automating Tasks with AI
Lecture 1: What is Automation? Automation means making things happen without manual input. Instead of typing every email or entering data, AI handles it for you.
Lecture 2: Automating Workflows with Make.com Make.com connects apps like Gmail, Notion, and Google Sheets. Example: when you receive an email, Make.com sends it to ChatGPT for summary, then stores it in Notion.
Lecture 3: Examples of AI Workflows Common automations: auto-replies, order confirmations, social post scheduling. These save hours each week.
Activity: Build a basic automation Create a workflow that connects your email to a Google Sheet and sends a Slack notification.
Section 4: AI in B2B Sales
Lecture 1: Lead Generation with Apollo.io Apollo.io helps you find potential clients based on industry, title, or location. Export them into a CSV file to use.
Lecture 2: Writing Cold Emails with ChatGPT Use prompts like: "Write a polite cold email to offer web design services to retail stores." Edit it and test different tones.
Lecture 3: CRM + Automation Use HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads. Connect to Make.com to auto-tag leads or send follow-ups.
Assignment: Build a Sales Campaign Generate 10 leads, write a cold email, and create a Make.com automation for follow-up.
Section 5: Prompting AI & Connecting Tools Together
Lecture 1: How to Write Great AI Prompts A great prompt is clear and direct. Example: “Act as a social media expert. Write 3 friendly tweets about a new juice brand.”
Lecture 2: Tool Chain: ChatGPT + Canva + Zapier Use ChatGPT to generate content → Canva to design → Zapier to auto-post. It’s a full content loop.
Lecture 3: Putting It All Together You now know how to generate, design, and schedule content—all with AI. Try combining tools for one seamless workflow.
Activity: Make Your Own AI Flow Choose any idea. Build content with ChatGPT, image with DALL·E, design with Canva, and automate posting.
