This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
5,718 tools for HR operations in one course: 4,270 ready-to-use files, prompts, templates, checklists and procedures, 168 services and apps shown on screen, plus 996 models and methods.
Open a lecture, take the tool, use it in today's HR request, audit, report or automation.
Why HR operations never catch up
HR operations is a queue that does not end: contracts, records, onboarding, policies, reports, audits, questions from managers. AI promises to help, but in practice it adds one more task: working out which tool to use, what to ask it, and whether the result is safe to send. So the routine stays manual, compliance gaps stay open, and AI stays an experiment on the side.
What changes after this course
You stop experimenting and start reusing. For each recurring task you have a prompt that already works, a template for the document, a checklist for the control, a procedure for the process, and a clear rule for what an AI agent may and may not do. Routine work gets faster, and compliance becomes something you can show: a register, a policy, a log.
What is inside: 5,718 tools, counted file by file
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I have used automation and AI to turn HR work into usable information more quickly. At iDeals, I introduced automation as my first step, which saved considerable time later. I also analysed an employer value proposition survey in Claude using the Opus model, which produced a report. The survey file contained 1600 rows and 200 columns, and Claude processed it quickly. These experiences inform the automation and AI analysis tools in this course.
How to use the course
Start with the first sections on AI in HR operations and the AI assistant you already use. Then treat the rest as a reference library. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name, so you can find the right tool without watching everything in order.
What is included
Where to start
Pick the HR task you repeat most often this month. Find its section, open the lecture, and take the prompt or template that does it. Teams that reuse working tools clear the queue faster, and every month of doing the routine by hand is a month the backlog and the compliance gaps grow. Enrol now and start your first lesson today.
