Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Learn how to build practical AI-powered automations with n8n through step-by-step workflow projects designed for beginners.

This course focuses on learning by doing. Instead of spending most of the course on theory, you will work through practical n8n workflow examples that demonstrate how data moves between nodes, how AI can process that data, and how to test and debug automations before relying on them.

You will begin with the fundamentals of building an n8n workflow, connecting nodes, mapping fields, inspecting JSON data, and fixing common workflow problems. From there, you will build AI-powered workflows for text summarization, message classification, human-reviewed AI responses, Google Sheets enrichment, and API-based automation.

You will also learn how to improve AI prompts, inspect incorrect field mappings, test normal and edge-case inputs, handle sensitive requests more carefully, and compare expected results with actual workflow behavior.

The course finishes with a practical final project where you build an AI Customer Support Triage System. The workflow classifies incoming support requests, generates a structured AI response, routes sensitive requests for human review, and demonstrates how to test and debug the workflow before using it more broadly.

Some demonstrations use clearly labeled simulated n8n walkthroughs so you can visually follow the workflow-building process. You are encouraged to recreate the workflows in your own n8n instance using your own configured credentials.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Build and connect n8n workflow nodes

  • Map and inspect structured workflow data

  • Add AI summarization and classification

  • Work with Google Sheets and HTTP/API data

  • Design safer human-review workflows

  • Debug prompts and field mappings

  • Test workflows with normal, edge, and failure inputs

  • Build a complete AI-assisted automation project

No previous n8n, automation, or programming experience is required.

Who this course is for:

  • Beginners who want to learn n8n and AI automation through practical workflow projects
  • Software, IT, operations, and business professionals interested in low-code AI automation
  • Learners who want to understand how to build, test, debug, and safely improve AI-assisted workflows.
