I continued to learn about AI for HR Excellence through 2020–2022 (Pandemic-Driven Acceleration) when

Remote work led to a surge in demand for

o Virtual hiring and onboarding

o AI-based employee support systems

o Sentiment analysis from emails, Slack, and surveys

Compliance reporting tools adapted with AI for GDPR, EEOC, and DEI metrics.

AI in HR shifted from cost-saving to strategic value creation


I have been watching the Mainstream Adoption of AI in HR from 2023–Present with

Widespread use of AI in:

o Skills mapping

o Real-time feedback

o Predictive retention

o Workforce planning

Tools like Workday AI, SAP SuccessFactors AI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and Oracle HCM Cloud integrated deep AI functionality.

DEI and compliance tools (e.g., Equalture, OneTrust) became AI-enhanced.

Generative AI began being used in HR documentation, candidate communication, and policy Q&A bots
