Participants will learn how to design and deploy AI-assisted workflows for lesson planning, curriculum mapping, assessment, personalised learning, student remediation, research, documentation, communication and school administration. The course begins by establishing a clear understanding of Generative AI, AI Assistants and AI Agents, helping participants recognise what makes an agent different from a conventional chatbot or prompt. Learners will explore the fundamentals of Agentic AI, including goals, context, instructions, workflows, tools, memory, evaluation and human oversight.

A dedicated module introduces the Educator's AI Toolkit, with practical exploration of platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and emerging AI-agent platforms. Participants will learn when to use each tool, how to structure effective instructions and how to connect AI capabilities with real educational workflows.
