Description

AI Agents for Educators

Build Intelligent AI Assistants for Teaching, Assessment, Administration & School Leadership

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly evolving from simple chatbots and question-answering tools into AI Agents capable of understanding objectives, planning tasks, using digital tools, analysing information and executing multi-step workflows. For educators, this shift creates an exciting opportunity to move from simply using AI to building AI-powered assistants that work alongside them.

AI Agents for Educators is a practical, future-ready course designed specifically for teachers, trainers, academic coordinators, school leaders, instructional designers and education professionals. No advanced programming expertise is required. The focus is on practical application, workflow design and solving authentic educational challenges.

Participants will learn how to design and deploy AI-assisted workflows for lesson planning, curriculum mapping, assessment, personalised learning, student remediation, research, documentation, communication and school administration. They will explore how AI agents can support teachers in creating quizzes, worksheets, question papers, rubrics, feedback, reports, presentations and professional-development resources.

The course begins by establishing a clear understanding of Generative AI, AI Assistants and AI Agents, helping participants recognise what makes an agent different from a conventional chatbot or prompt. Learners will explore the fundamentals of Agentic AI, including goals, context, instructions, workflows, tools, memory, evaluation and human oversight.

A dedicated module introduces the Educator's AI Toolkit, with practical exploration of platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and emerging AI-agent platforms. Participants will learn when to use each tool, how to structure effective instructions and how to connect AI capabilities with real educational workflows.

The course ultimately equips educators to become AI-enabled professionals and institutional change-makers, capable of designing responsible, efficient and meaningful AI solutions for the future of education.

Happy Learning.
